Landlord: It's pretty cheap for a house like this.

Jiro and Calvin thought a moment. They felt something wasn't right because the landlord made them paid a year of rent first.

"It's near the beach" Jiro said in his mind.

Jiro and Calvin used their minds to communicate with each other.

"Yeah, but don't you think is kind of weird" Calvin responded.

Jiro sighed, "The doctor said that it's helpful for Selina's illness if we can live near the beach. And we can't afford a lot of money for other houses."

Calvin nodded his head, "Ok! Let take this house."

They turned to the landlord and agreed to rent the house.

An hour ago

Landlord: It's pretty cheap for a house like this.

Hebe: Yeah, the view of the beach at the window is so beautiful.

Ella: Of course, 'cause we have to pay a year of rent.

Hebe: Come on! We have enough of money.

Ella (sighed): Are you sure you want to rent this?

Hebe (Nodded her head proudly): Uh-Huh!

After they signed in the contract, the landlord quickly gave them an evil smile.

Two hours later

Landlord: It's pretty cheap for a house like this.

Aaron: Ok! We rent this!

The landlord was surprised, "That's quick!"

Chun: Hey Aaron! Who's the one holding the money?

Aaron (laughed): You! But listen... It's near the beach, our school, super market, church, temple, and the most important thing is... it's far from your parents' house.

When they finished everything, the landlord held the contract in his hands and started to laugh out loud.

Jiro Wang: He is 21 years old. The most important person in his life is his little sister. Always care for her and give her everything good even though he can't afford them. Best friend of Calvin Chen.

Calvin Chen: Same age with all the guys. Don't know why his life always contacts to Jiro's and his sister's lives. Maybe they three don't have parents, so they understand each other well. Best friend of Jiro Wang.
