{Few months later}

It was Hana’s 4th birthday; Joohyun tried her best to prepare for her daughter’s special day despite her huge tummy that looks like giving birth anytime

She busied herself in the kitchen with her mother in law preparing some food

Yonghwa came inside holding a lovely birthday cake,

“Oppa you came! Come and help me with this” Seohyun pointed at her apron motioned him to tie it for her

“Ah sure babe! But don’t tire yourself! I’m afraid that much effort would disturb the babies” He caressed her belly gently and pecked her lips

“It’s okay oppa! It’s still one month till I give birth so no worries” she smiled sweetly at him trying to hide her exhaustion

“Where’s hana?” Yonghwa asked as he stole a piece of cookies that his mom just took out from the oven blowing on it slightly

“She’s with Tiffany unnie and Joon oppa and their baby! They want to distract her to buy time for us to surprise her” Seohyun explained

“Hum… where’s Jooyeon omma?” This time he asked about Seohyun mom

“Mom went with Minhyuk ie to buy more sea food! We invited more of Hana’s friends” She answered again chopping some carrots

“Ah! Okay! I’ll search for jungshin and decorate the living room” He pecked her cheek and walked out to look for jungshin,

Just then Jonghyun came inside the kitchen

“Seohyun-ah! How can I help? I brought confetti’s by the way” He showed his gorgeous dimples as he smiled sweetly

“Great oppa! You can help shin oppa and yong in decorating the living room” she busily stirred the seaweed soup

“Ai ai captain!” he made a formal salute playfully and went to do his task

“Where’s Yoona by the way?” she shouted to jonghyun

“Eoh? Yoona is here in the living room, she’s too heavy to move” He playfully shouted back, and Seohyun could hear him wince in pain as Yoona surely hit him hard for his teasing, She couldn’t blame her though it was Yoona’s last month, she’ll be due over one week or so

She chuckled to herself, and then her smile suddenly faded

“Omma!” she suddenly clutched her belly

“Omo! Joohyun~ie Wae Keurae?” She worriedly assisted her

“Its okay, the babies are just kicking! They’re excited for their sister’s birthday I suppose” she smiled as the pain subsided, it was unusual though

“Hmm! Just sit there there’s nothing much left to do anyway, I’ll finish it all” Seung-mi assured and Seohyun nodded slowly

“Om-mma! Ow, I don’t t-think Ahhh, it hurts” Seohyun bit her lips as she couldn’t contain her pain anymore

“Oh! Seohyun-ah don’t freak out! You’re gonna give birth today” Seungmi said as calmly as she could manage

“W-what? There’ still one month left omma! What a-are you saying Ahhh” she shrieked

“I know, I know dear but your water just broke! It’s time to go to hospital” She patted her hair to calm her “I’ll Call yonghwa over” Then she ran to get her son but he was quicker and came in sight in no time as he heard Seohyun screaming and soon enough the other boys followed him

“Seohyun-ah! What’s wrong babe!” He took her hand and soothed her

“I’m not okay, I’m not okay! Take me to hospital or somewhere just let them take the babies out, they’re killing fu fu fu fu Meeee!” she screamed louder and held onto his collar “OPPAAA, I THINK I’M GIVING BIRTH! DO SOMETHING!!!”

“A-Alright! Ottokae!? She’ giving birth” Yonghwa freaked out and paled all of a sudden

“Aiish hyung! She must be in hospital” Jungshin shouted at him but the soon-to-be father again is to paralyzed to move a finger, so Jungshin ran to her side and carried the screaming Seohyun outside ad yonghwa didn’t do anything but to ran after them, sweating hard like a pig

All of them went inside their cars and went to hospital

Jungshin was driving, beside him was Seungmi who was glancing at her son in the backseat who has Seohyun over his lap, she was holding his collar way to tight nearly chocking him,

On the other car Jonghyun has Yoona beside him, she anxiously prayed for her best friend, on the backseat there was Mr. Seo and Mr. Jung

As they all arrived to hospital, the nurses came and help Seohyun on one of the stretchers

As Seohyun was taken inside the Delivery room, they heard a very loud shriek but it wasn’t from Seohyun, they all turned their heads, to find Yoona nearly collapsing she clutched her belly so hard

Yonghwa who was barely awake from his wife’s shock pointed his shaking finger to Yoona “J-jonghyun-ah! Y-your wife too…” He shouted to his dumbfound friend who was looking puzzled at his pained wife

Soon enough Yoona was taken inside the same delivery room as Seohyun

Seohyun who was wriggling on the delivery table, had her eyes lit up for few seconds as she saw her friend next to her,

“Y-yoona-yah! You’re giving birth t-too!!” She panted

“Yeah! I-I think s-so!! Seohyun-aaah! I’m so happy to give birth next to y-you” Their eyes were so teary

“AHHHHH!” they let out a very painful scream, that f they weren’t in pain they would’ve laughed so hard at themselves

A nurse came outside to where their husbands and families were

“Mr. Jung? Mr. Lee! We need you inside please” she announced making both young men widen their eyes “O-okay” yonghwa stuttered and made his way inside while Jonghyun was being pushed by jungshin inside

Yonghwa was already inside clutching seohyun’s hand helping her breath

Jonghyun did the same, he was so nervous

Seohyun held yonghwa too tight when she was asked to push

“You can do it! You can do it baby! You’ll be fine” he tried to soothe her but she held to his hair pulling it harshly

“I can’t do this, it’s painful! It’s not fine you *ole it’s your entire fault, They’re Twins, Freaking twins, Why don’t you give me one child at time you basta*d AAAAAH! I’m dying GOOOOD” she screamed hard making her poor husband writhe under her deadly grip
