{Sunday morning, 9 AM @ Yonghwa and seohyun penthouse}
Yonghwa was still sleeping when suddenly
“appa!!” hana called out his name ,and climbed on his bed then started jumping up and down
“appa ! wake up” she shouted and kept jumping
Yonghwa woke up and smiled widely and grabbed her tiny waist hugging her
"Aigoo ! it’s still early baby let daddy sleep more" He said and pretended to sleep again
"Andwae , daddy  wake up now !" she protested, he could guess she got that stubborness from, he smiled lightly at that
"So you want daddy to wake up now huh !"
"Ne!"
"Then don’t blame me for this" He got up and begun tickling her
"hhahahahaha da ahahah ddy  hahahahah let ahah m-me" She laughed hard
He laughed along with her “ aigoo! my sweet baby!” he gave her a kiss then got up carrying her in his hands
"Daddy?"
"Nae?"
"Daddy takes a shower then have breakfast with hana"
"Wae ! you didn’t  eat with your mommy" he concernedly asked
"Mommy have no breakfast, mommy only made hana breakfast" she pouted
"Mommy didn't eat anything?" he asked and she nodded innocently. he wouldn't lie , he really did feel concerned about seohyun, she rarely misses her meals, what's with her? is she okay?
"Arasseo , I’ll take a shower and eat with my princess how's that?"
"Nae ! appa palli !"
"Okay ! just wait for me deh !"
"Okay !"
He kissed her soft cheek before putting her down then headed to his bathroom .
Meanwhile
Seohyun was sitting in the balcony reading her book , she felt so tired because of the sleepless night she had because she’s not yet familiar with the new room, and that morning she had no appetite to eat anything even when she prepared hana’s breakfast ,the little girl refused ,unless she eat with her and she couldn’t eat even for her daughter feeling that she might throw up anytime,
She sighed and flipped the next page , suddenly her phone rang , she looked at the caller ID and found it was Jinwoon ,she picked up
"Yeoboseo?"
"Seohyun-ah where are you? I’ve been knocking on the door but you didn’t open for me" he said on the other line
She gasped and mentally slapped herself for forgetting about telling him that she moved
"Yeoboseo ! seohyun are you still with me ?" he asked as he noticed her not responding
"Ah !t-tthat ! jinwoon-ssi  I I" She stuttered
"you what ?"
"Hum I’m not living there anymore"
"Are you joking? you moved?Wae?"
"No I’m not joking Jinwoon-ssi , I had moved yesterday , it's been a while since we last met so I didn’t get the chance to tell you" she said appologitically
"Oh ! is that so? why did you move? what's bothering you?" he asked again 
"You can come here if you like and I’ll tell you everything" she sighed
"Okay ! give me the adress"
"It’s ___________ __________ "
"I’ll be there in a few"
"I’ll wait for you !"
Then both hung up
Then seohyun resumed reading her book
true to his words, he did come fast
upon arriving he rang the bell
Seohyun opened the door for him “ good morning Jinwoon-ssi !” she smiled bowing lightly
"Good morning seohyun"
She led him to the living-room and both sat on the elegant gray sofa
"So ? What's up with the overly luxirious place? is this your dad doing?" he asked while looking around the obviously expensive penthouse
"Hum I’ll tell you the whole story!"
"I’m all ears"
"Well my father came back from his trip  from abroad, he knew about my divorce with yonghwa, he got mad at me and bought this penthouse along with mr Woo hwan for me to live with yonghwa and hana"
"So you mean yonghwa is here ?" he spoke in disbelief
"Yes"
"This can’t be !” he exclaimed rather exaggeratedly
"Huh !" she was confused as to why he was acting up this way
"Seohyun , you’re not  supposed to live with him, you're legally divorced"
"But my father-"
",you know that you don"t have to listen to them in everything, ! you are not supposed to live with a man who’s not your husband neither your relative"
"I know but I think it’s not a big deal , my father will go crazy if I do something like that, I think he’s gonna make us get married again" She admitted bitterly
"What nonsense is that? You’re not obliged to marry him again "
"Calm down jinwoon-ssi, i know you always do your best to help me, but i'm used to this kind of treatment, i'm sorry for dragging you into my mess"
"How do you want me to calm down when I know that you’re not happy" a tinge of affection and pure concern flashed all of of his face
Seohyun was confused , why would her lawyer be this emotional toward her .
Yonghwa who was listening to their conversation without them knowing felt the anger building inside of him and he don’t know why jinwoon’s talk pissed him like that
"Jung jinwoon you really don't know your place." He clenched his fist
Jinwoon got up fro his seat and so did seohyun , he held her shoulders and looked into her eyes
"Seohyun , listen maybe you don’t know it but I do really care for you and your happiness concerns me a lot if there’s something I can do for you , don’t hesitate to ask me anytime okay !"
Seohyun nodded nervously
Then both went into a silent gazing session until….
“tsk, tsk ,stk look who’s here ! came to congratulate us ? well thank you man” yonghwa smirked spurting sarcasm out as he went downstairs to where jinwoon and seohyun were standing
“ Your friend is very nice , isn’t he ,wifey ?” he came next to seohyun circling his hand around her waist
Seohyun got annoyed and  tried to shove his hand away but to no avail .
Jinwoon tensed by his actions especiallywith him getting seohyun this close to him
"Listen jung yonghwa ! you really can’t force seohyun to live with you , she clearly opted for a divorce, what else do you want from her”
"first who's forced? i don't see any here , then who are you to interfer in mine and my wife's personal matters” Yonghwa glared
"Your ex-wife, and I’m her lawyer , her business is also mine"
"You're her lawyer in court, or anywhere outside , but here this is our home where we live together, and you have to act according to that, unless you're taking advantage of this lawyer thing to get something else"
"You-"
"Enough !" seohyun interrupted their heated conversation
They both looked at her
"I’m still here, in case you forgot , Jinwoon-ssi, look i appreciate your concern for me, but this is not the right way to solve things" she spoke calmly to jinwoon
"See! told you not to interfere in our family matters"
"We all know that she’s forced ,yonghwa". he went close to him and looked at him sharply
Seohyun went to them trying to get them away from each others but yonghwa pushed her lightly away from them  
"Seohyun leave us alone ! we need to talk  !" he said not breaking the eye contact with Jinwoon
"Wha-what !" she looked confused
"YOU  HEARD  ME  RIGHT !" he shouted at her making her flinch and leave instantly
Once seohyun went away
"I thought that we’re not going to see each others again but here you are"
"It’s absolutely bad luck making us meet again"
"Why did you came back then! did you become her lawyer on purpose?"
"I didn’t do anything wrong why wouldn’t I come back?"
"You didn’t but your father did , he was such a cheater and seeing you, i can admit that the fruit doesn't fall far from it's tree indeed"
Jinwoon grabbed him by collar "Don’t you ever talk this way about my father , he’s not a cheater"
"Not a cheater huh ! It’s worst than cheating itself , he cheated on his own brother, I'm ashamed having such an uncle"
"BASTARD !" Junwoon balled his fists
"I’ll make everyone know the truth unless you let her go !"
"And if I don’t"
"Then I’ll show her who’s the real lawyer she has ! I won’t pretend that I don’t know you anymore"
"I’m not afraid of you , and one more thing I’m letting seohyun live here but I swear if you did anything to her you'll be dealing with me"
"Who do you think you are huh !" Yonghwa grabbed his collar
"I'm not repeating what i said, behave yourself
"Listen up , you know that even though you have feelings for seohyun ,you have no where to reach"
"I know , but who knows what fate will bring up, like how it brought her to some heartless man like you, it'll be easier to bring her in my arms " he said and forcefully took of yonghwa’s hands from his collar
"Seohyun ! I’m living" he announced giving one last look at the fuming yonghwa
"You're leaving already?" seohyun peaked from the top of the staircase
"Yeah ! I have work to doe he reasoned
"It’s sunday" she creased her eyebrows
