Story Description:
‘Beauty is in the eyes of the Beholder’ is this really true?
SeoEun is just an average college student with below average self-esteem. The reason for her lack of confidence is due to her looks – she’s chubby and has bad complexion, often perceived as ‘ugly’ in a judgmental society today, especially in South Korea, a country that places extremely high emphasis on physical beauty.
As a result, she hides behind her thick pair of spectacles and long black hair, building a wall around her heart, isolating herself from others.
In a surprising twist of fate, she gets acquainted with 2 boys who lead a totally different life from her. Chanyeol, the KingKa of the school, and BaekHyun, an aspiring singer. Both guys lead a life in front of the spotlight and they are perfect and seem to have the perfect life..... or do they?
What is perfection? Who defines perfection?

Characters:
SeoEun (You)
A normal 20 years old college student majoring in History, she loves the past because to her, there’s nothing for her in the present or to look forward to in her future. She doesn’t have a best friend or any close friends even and has never been in a relationship in her 20 years of life.
She’s extremely self-conscious due to her weight and acne, especially so after her high school years where she was called the most dreadful names.
ChanYeol (20 years old)
The KingKa of SeoEun’s college, majoring in Music. He is the son of the CEO of the biggest Entertainment Company in South Korea and sole heir to it – crème de la crème. A playboy and he has the requirements for it - Handsome, tall and rich, Chanyeol is the epitome of perfection, if perfection can even be individually categorized. But beneath that façade, lies a 20 years old secret that no one else knows and those who know tried to hide it from him. However, the joke is on them because Chanyeol knows, he had known it all along.
BaekHyun (20 years old)
An aspiring singer, he’s a trainee at crème de la crème. Born with the talent to sing, he has astounding vocals and is a hot favourite for debut in the next round of selections. Handsome and kindhearted, Baekhyun is really popular among his fellows. After years of auditioning, he is finally going to achieve his dream, his life is the envy of all others, but should it be? Beneath that glamorous exterior, Baekhyun’s time to achieve his dream is dwindling. He is silently screaming in his heart but no one can hear him.

Hello! I’ve thought for quite some time before I decided to write this story. The storyline has always been there because it is a story close to my heart.
This story is for all those who has ever been judged for your physical appearance or suffering from low self-esteem for any reason. You shouldn’t be, just like SeoEun, there are so many other good points about you besides your physical looks. And people whose life seems to have everything may not have it all. Perfection is an unattainable goal and we shouldn’t even try to seek perfection, because it’s the little imperfections that make one perfect.
