There is a big big building in front of me.I've never seen a building like this!Am I dreaming?

I was walking in a hall that I've never seen and I heard some noises but it sound like music.Music that I've never heard.The noise was getting louder and louder as I walked.I looked around this is weird.i've never seen place like this before.Where am I?I  decided to ask someone that where I was.So I walked towards the room which seen like the noises come from.

Huhhhhh????WTH

why were  those people in that room are wearing  like that?Are they Bingoo!What are they doing?They are rocking their body and shaking their head!uh oh!

Am I in the other planet??????
