X-Sanity is an organization where those of which who serve the law and destry those who break the law. It's a place where everyone learns to enhance their skills and use them for justice, but all for the wrong reasons. They are killers who destroy and steal from anyone because of "justice". They are currupted people who either became insane or came from an insane asylum and are together to take down the organizations for what they want...for the law...for justice.

Bio: Rei's parents tried to kill him when they found out that he was not human. In the end, he killed his whole family from fear. When their neighbors heard the loud screams, they called the police and found out that Rei killed his family so he was taken to an insane asylum. He has stayed there for 9 years and was released when he was 19. He was so angry about how they treated him so he has created a group to justify those who have done wrong to him and more by creating a group called X-Sanity.
