PROLOGUE

“Goodnight Mr Kim. Goodnight Yunho-ssi.” - Tiffany, the sparkly eyed, blonde haired waitress bid the couple with a smile.

Jaejoong of course did his best to ignore the sickly sweet girl (with a little too much cleavage showing, in his opinion). Instead he simply grunted in her direction, mumbling something about a ‘good evening’ as he walked past her and out the restaurant door.

Yunho rolled his eyes at his temperamental lover; deciding that Jaejoong was having one of those days where he was just determined to be rude.

“Sorry about him, Tiffany-ssi. He’s being moody.” Yunho said, offering an apologetic smile to the young girl.

“It’s ok.” She shrugged. “It’s not like I haven’t seen this side of him before.”

Yunho sighed, acknowledging that she was probably correct. Jaejoong seemed to have a personal vendetta against any female who strayed too close to Yunho. It didn’t matter if it was in the job description; if they were even a toe out of line, Jaejoong would voice his distain.

“Still. Thanks for a lovely evening.” He said, extending a hand containing a fairly generous tip. Yunho felt that, having put up with Jaejoong’s iness for an entire evening, Tiffany more than deserved it.

“You’re welcome. And thank you, Yunho-ssi. Have a safe trip home.” She beamed.

“Likewise.” Yunho replied, making his way outside.

Jaejoong leant, pouting, beside Yunho’s car. The expression on his face made it more than clear that he was pissed - although Yunho really didn’t know why - and the cold glare he sent his boyfriend as they climbed into the front seats was more than enough to send a shiver down Yunho’s spine.

The ice-cold, raven beauty sat silently in the front seat. Yunho would often send a worried glance in his direction when they stopped at a traffic light or paused for traffic. But the entire ride home, Jaejoong said nothing.

“Joongie?” Yunho cooed at a stop sign.

Jaejoong rolled his eyes and frowned, leaning against the passenger side door and staring blankly out the window. A successful attempt at ignoring his clueless boyfriend.

There was a storm brewing inside Jaejoong and it was only a matter of time before it was unleashed on Yunho. Oh yeah, Jaejoong get’s like this a lot. And Yunho knows exactly what’s in store when they finally get home.

With a heavy sigh, Yunho gripped onto the steering wheel a little bit harder than necessary; ready for whatever arguement was in store for him later that night.

Later that night..

“Joongie slow down!” Yunho called as Jaejoong rushed towards their front door. He’d barely finished parking the car, when all of a sudden the raven-beauty took flight and stormed off.

“...” Jaejoong gave him no response, instead he thundered up the steps to their home - aggressively fumbling with the lock and throwing the front door open.

“Jaejoong!” Yunho whined, only to see the door slammed in his face.

“...” From behind the door there was only silence, followed by the sound of other doors opening and slamming shut.

With another pained sigh, Yunho twisted the doorknob and trudged into the house. Whatever Jaejoong was doing, he was making a lot of noise upstairs and Yunho could definitely make out one or two curse words as his lover stormed about.

“Jaejoong I don’t know what I’ve done wrong, but I’m really sorry if I upset you.” Yunho sighed as he dragged his feet up the stairway and towards the bedroom.

“Hah!” Jaejoong chortled from the bedroom. It wasn’t exactly the response Yunho was hoping for, but at least he was communicating something..

Yunho peered around the door of the bedroom, watching as Jaejoong threw both his jacket and shoes roughly about the room from his seated position on the foot of the bed. He looked even more pissed than he had done at the restaurant.

 Although, seeing him so aggressive and not to mention.. On the bed.. Was more than a little bit arousing for Yunho.

“Joongie, please tell what I’ve done wrong..” Yunho whined, taking a seat next to his lover.

Jaejoong stopped what he was doing and turned to look at his lover.

“If you can’t figure it out, then why should I tell you?” He asked, coldly.

“Oh come on Jae, that’s not fair.” Yunho whined.

“...”

“Let me guess.. This is because of Tiffany isn’t it?” Yunho sighed. In all honesty he knew exactly why Jaejoong was being y, but somehow he hoped he’d be wrong. 

“Why would it be about her?” Jaejoong snarled.

“You were doing that thing where you get really jealous and end up being rude to people. She was only a waitress, Jae.” Yunho explained.

“I don’t do a ‘thing’, Yunho. If you’re talking about you paying more attention to her than you did to me - on our date - then I have every right to be a .” Jaejoong replied, briskly taking to his feet and standing tensely in front of the nearby walled-mirror.

“I was barely looking at her!” Yunho shouted, doing his best to make eye contact with Jae in the reflection of the mirror.

“Oh bull, you couldn’t help yourself.” Jaejoong grumbled as he began to his shirt, revealing the white vest underneath.

“Jae, she’s a family friend and she was our waitress.. What do you want me to do? Ignore her completely and make a personal order to the chef?” Yunho mocked, earning a glare from the angry boy across the room.

“I want you to talk to her eyes, not her chest. Even I had a hard time ignoring those things.” Jaejoong remarked, angrily.
