Lay’s POV

”Can I have your number, since we are friends now?” I asked, come on! Say yes. Not that I’m desperate, wait. Am I?

“no.” she answered shortly and started writing down something on her notebook.

“Come on! We are friends, we should tell about each other’s problems. It’s the only way to be close.” I was really hoping for her to say yes. I want her to tell me about her brother. But unfortunately she doesn’t want to be that close, yet. Okay Min Ah. I’ll wait for you to open up.

 Min Ah’s POV

Can’t this dentation end soon? I already finished all the homework. No thing to do. Except from talking to that guy. But that would be the last choice! I can’t stand him be all happy all the time.

 Miss Kwang come in after some few minutes, “We’ll end now, I have some meetings” she said strictly.

Thanks god! I don’t feel like being here with that happy face. But now. I need to go home? Home to a mother who hates me and a father who can’t stand me. But thanks god, my dad is never home. He is always on business trip or else he come late because of a meeting.  

(At home)

“I’m home” I said low. I know my mother don’t care about it anyway. All she did is watching TV. Nothing else.  I went quietly to her and sat beside her.

 “Mum?” I asked.  “yes?” she answered without taking her eyes from the TV.

“Why are you still watching TV?” she sit in front of that TV from morning to evening, wait it’s more night than evening.  

“I don’t have anything else to do. And if you’re done asking, go study!” she said a bit angry. I knew it, I shouldn’t bother asking. I get the same answer each time.

“But I already did study. In school. And I already made all my homework.

 ”then go eat” she said gloomy now.

(Later that evening)

I heard my dad come home. I haven’t seen him past 3 days. Each night he comes home late, and I’ll be asleep the time he comes home.

I went down to the living room quietly. I sat some few inches from them. I know I shouldn’t go too close.

“Hi dad” I said slowly.

He just nodded his head and continued watching TV like always.

I’m really tired of this . I’ll do something about it.

“Why won’t you answer me?” I asked.

“Would you please be quiet?” mum said.

No one’s POV

“No, I’m tired of this! It wasn’t my fault! He was too hyper! What should I have done? I tried my best to save him, yet I couldn’t! The car was too fast! It’s not my fault!” Min Ah half screamed while tears ran down her chicks.

Both her parents looked at her. Both with tears in their eyes.
