SHIN MIN JUNG’S POV

We are having our lunch without saying anything, and I feel kinda weird so I started the conversation first.

“I’m not going to your apartment for these several days.” I said.

Cho gave me a stare as if I just told him I’m not going to his apartment to help him anymore. Duh, I regret talking to him just now.

“Why?”

“Because… I have some business to do…”

“What kind of business?”

I raised my left eyebrow. “Why do you want to know?”

“Well.” He shrugged. “Since you spend most of your time with me so I think I should know.”

I admit what he just said is actually correct.

“I’m going to have my ballet performance on the 31st.” I told him.

“Ah, so the ballet thingy.” Cho nodded. “So when you told me you’re going to work this afternoon, it’s for this ballet performance?”

I nodded.

“Alright, then. I’ll drive you. Where is the venue?”

Oh?

“You’re going to drive me there? Woah. Are you on your right mind, Cho?” I teased.

“If you’re thankful you just need to say thank you.” He replied with a zero expression on his face.

“Tsk. You’ll age faster if you get angry often.” I glanced at him and see him smiling a bit for a second. He has a nice smile, though. Why does he like to keep it from everyone?

Wait. Maybe not everyone, but at least from me.

‘You broke his hand, remember? Why should he smile for you, anyway?’ a voice in my head says.

Ooh. I must be crazy for even thinking about this. And what did I say just now? Nice smile? I must be insane, jinjja.

“Stop looking at me like that or you’ll fall in love.” Cho said, disturbing the own conversation I made in my head.

“Tsk. You wish.” I stick my tongue out.

Cho smiled a bit and continued, “I know I’m that handsome but you don’t have to make it obvious.”

“Ya! Cho Kyuhyun!” I pretend to get angry, but in fact I almost laughed because I never see the over-confident part of him like this.

He looked at me and we laughed together in a second.

“Eat your food, Shin. We are almost late for your ballet practice.” He said after we have done laughing.

“Arasseoyo.” I replied.

“You can continue admiring my face later in the car.” Cho said.

I rolled my eyes and pretend to puke.

He laughed, saying “Oh, Shin, you look so ugly that way.”

I try to hit him on the shoulder but he dodged so fast.

I smiled, thinking of how the evil Cho Kyuhyun can actually have a good side like this. My day will be ten times better if he is on a good mood like this everyday.

“Well, Cho, why do you want to drive me for my ballet practice?” I asked out of my curiosity. He is not this kind usually, right?

“Hmmm, I guess I’m interested in your ballet performance since Jung Hee fangirl-ed so much just now?” He answered.

“Oh…”

“But most importantly, I want to see you.” He smiled.

And right at that second, my heart beats so fast that I afraid it will jump out. Again.

Omo. What should I do?

“Your cheeks are red, Shin. I’m just joking.” He looked at me, then let out a bit of his usual evil smirk.

Even though he’s just joking, but my heartbeat still won’t slow down. Aigo, I need my medicine. Just, what happened to me right now?

CHO KYUHYUN’S POV

“But most importantly, I want to see you.” I smiled.

Well, I’m not teasing her. But I don’t mean to be that serious, too. I just, somehow, listen to what my heart says and speak it out.

Aish, forget it.

I don’t even understand why did I say that, and I’m regretting it because suddenly I feel so nervous.

Geez. I’m like an idiot.

I look at her to see her reaction, and oh…

“Your cheeks are red, Shin. I’m just joking.” I lied.

“Ah…” Shin puts cupped hands on her cheeks. She looks embarrassed, but then she grabbed her handbag and say, “I finished my lunch. I’m going to the restroom for a while.” And she left.

Since I finished my lunch too, I called the waiter and ask for the bill while waiting for her.

I looked around, thinking how fun it is to tease Shin since she gets annoyed so quickly and it appeared cute to me.

Tsk. What am I just thinking…

I shook my head and look around the restaurant, trying to think about anything else. Then suddenly I see Sungmin. With all the members sitting around him.

The members are seem to enjoy themselves, except Sungmin. He’s looking at me with an indescribable look.

Suddenly the feeling of guilty sneaks into my heart.

Sungmin is the one who supposed to spend more time with Shin, not me.

Sungmin is the one who supposed to have lunch together with Shin, not me.

Sungmin is one of my best-est friends; I suppose to help him to get Shin.

Alright. Starting from now on I will be more careful and help Sungmin to get closer to Shin.

I should not stay this close to Shin.

LEE SUNGMIN’S POV

I drove Jung Hee to her ballet practice’s venue, and by the time we arrived, Kyuhyun and Min Jung-ie is already there.

Their relationship has improve a lot since that day Min Jung accidentally bumped into him.

That’s good, because I don’t want to see Kyuhyun make things hard for Min Jung.

However, it’s not Min Jung’s fault that his right hand is broke. She didn’t do it on purpose.

I keep an eye on them, and they don’t talk a lot before Min Jung went to the backstage to change her outfit.

I guess my jealousy towards Kyuhyun is too much. I am not supposed to suspect him like that, right?

I decided to stop thinking about Kyuhyun and Min Jung, and put my focus back on the stage.

Since their ballet performance is really near, I can see all the dancers are really practicing and working so hard.

Especially Min Jung.

Because she is the main dancer, and she got the most parts, I can see she puts all her efforts in it.

And even though it’s not the first time for me seeing her like this, I still find myself stunned with her dance.

“Sungmin oppa!” A really familiar voice went.

“Min Jung-ie? Annyeong!”

“Oppa! why are you here?” Min Jung asked. Her face looked kinda tired but she still smiles so wide that it makes me smile too.

“Oh, I drove Jung Hee here just now, and I decided to watch the practice for a while.” I replied.

“Jung Hee-ssi? Is she your relative?”

“She’s my brother’s girlfriend. So… my future sister in law.”

“Ah…” She nodded.

“By the way, Min Jung-ah. Do you have time tonight?” I asked.

“Hmm… I have some company business to do tonight. How about tomorrow?” She answered.

“Tomorrow? Okay. Oppa will treat you dinner.”

“Geurae~ Where and when should we meet?”

“I’ll pick you up at 7, so you just need to dress prettily. I’ll take care of the rest.”

“Deal.” Min Jung smiled.

SUPER JUNIOR’S DORM – KYUMIN’S ROOM

8:23PM

“Kyuhyun-ah, let me tell you something.” I said.

“What is it?”

“You know Min Jung is quite popular right?”

“Well, I don’t know. Maybe?” Kyuhyun replied.

“She is.” I answered the question myself. “Her partner for that ballet performance likes her too.”

Kyuhyun paused his game and turned his body towards me. I can’t tell what is on his mind right now because his face expression is so indescribable.

“Oh… really? How did you know?” Kyuhyun said.

“Jung Hee told me.” I sighed. “She said Dong Wook-ssi and Min Jung are good friends.”

“Jinjja? Then what are you going to do?”

“I think about this for quite a long time, and I finally decided something.” I announced proudly.

“And what is that?”

“I can’t wait for too long. I can’t wait anymore. If I keep waiting, other guys will snatch her from me.”

“So?”

“I’m going to tell her my feelings. Tomorrow night. I’m going to tell her that I like her, and she is someone special to me.”
