1) Subscribe to the shop (and don't unsubscribe afterwards, it's just rude).

2) Be polite.

3) Do not request from another shop if you have requested here, and vice versa. (If you do, you will be blacklisted.)

4) Feel free to provide the pictures, but we have every right to change them in needed. If you choose to provide pictures, please make sure they're high quality. If you don't provide pictures, it's okay, but depending on the circumstances, your request may take longer to complete. Please no fantaken pictures if you provide us with pics. Please respect the people who took time to take those pictures. If your request has any fantaken photos in them, we will change them accordingly, but if we're busy, we may just reject them. (We'll notify you)

5) If using an ulzzang, please provide us the name of the ulzzang. If you don't have one in mind and want us to find one for you, just mention in the form somewhere "find an ulzzang (boy or girl depending on your request)".

6) We do redos, but it will depend on the situation. Most likely, we will allow one redo, unless we're busy. If we're busy, we may decline the redo or push it back til later (if the mistake does not lie on our behalf, if it does, we will fix it no matter what).

7) Please do not edit the posters once you receive them. If there is something you want to fix, just tell us (through comment or PM).

8) Credit the shop once you receive the poster. And also comment.

9) Save the graphic onto your computer once you receive it. Or even better, upload it to your own photosharing website. We will not be responsible if links do not work. If you hotlink and the link no longer works, please contact us for details, but there is no guarantee it will still be there. So try not to hotlink. 

10) The password is: all for you

11) We don't have a character limit on posters, but if there are too many and it looks crowded, or whatsoever, we will only put some of the characters. For character charts you can have up to 20.

12) If you want to cancel your request, please PM meowpikarawr ASAP.

13) If you go over the character limit for a poster, we may change it to a character chart.

14) Please use our graphic for at least 2 months. Afterwards, you can do whatever. If you want to replace the poster we made you before the 2 months end, please PM meowpikarawr. If you don't, we will blacklist you.

15) Try to comment after requesting. Since we use a separate website for the forms, there may be some technical difficulties, so please comment. It will help with the organization.

16) Please check our staff list before requesting. Only request if the designer is free.

There are two forms. Form A is for poster, background, character chart, or chapter banner. Form B is for shop layout, character profile, wallpaper, or any other kind of graphic. Please request from the right form!
