“WHAT?! Today?!” Sehun and Krystal said in sync

“I’m sorry. But same as you two, I have no idea too that the competition’s gonna be held for today. Don’t worry, it’s just for the school representative. You two just have to deal with the Freshman, Junior, and Senior and that’s it. I’m sure you two can beat them anyway! You two’ve practiced a lot right?”

“Well we did the tutorials..” Krystal mumbled

“Great! That’ll be more than enough for you two. So you guys have no idea to worry about. Just prepare yourselfs okay! I’m going to take care of the stage first” Mr Yang said and left the classroom

“Great, we’re doomed” Krystal said and messed her hair

“No we don’t. We’ve practiced a lot”

“Well yeah, but not enough! I mean, Kyuhyun sunbae’s coming and I heard he’s a good mathematician!”

“Well I can count too!”

“Yeah, like 1+1!” Krystal rolled her eyes

“Oh come on! I’m not that idiot! Besides, I think we’ve studied enough! We’ve done the tutorials ever day right? I’m sure we can beat those people!” Sehun smiled, making Krystal to nods a little and smiled back

The representatives of each grade are on their places now. Sehun and Krystal are also there, up on the stage, getting ready to do the questions

Shinyeong and Kai are on the participants’ seat, praying and watching their besties working their nerdy brain to slove the questions

“Yoboseyo?” Kai sai as he answered a call

Shinyeong who saw him only look at him as he walked away. She shrugged

*Some unimportant things maybe*

But strangely, Kai keep doing it again and again. He’d get a call, pick it up, leave his seat, and come back on a few minutes. He’d keep doing it over and over again till Shinyeong got suspicious

“Who’s that?” she asked

“None of your business” Kai tried to sound cold when he was feeling.. Nervous?

“Geez, chill with the tone! I’m trying to be nice here pet!” Shinyeong said, pissed off. Kai can only look at her with apolegatic eyes which makes Shinyeong raised an eyebrow

“Alright guys! Time’s up! Please submit your papers now” the MC said and collects their answer sheets

“Okay so after a long time of calculating, we finally get into a higher step. Why did I say step? Because we have a tie score. Both of the team got 253 on the total score. Who are they?”

“The Freshmans!”

“Sophomore!”

“Juniors!”

“Seniors!”

“And the answer is..................... Sophomore and Senior! Congratulations! You guys migh get to the second session which would be held in 30 minutes!” the MC said followed by a loud applause from the crowd. Sehun and Krystal can only exhale in relief and smiled to each other

“See? Told ya we’ll make it!” Sehun said

“Well it’s not the end yet. We still have to beat the Seniors which has Kyuhyun and I repeat KYUHYUN sunbae which’s like what? A super braniac on math!”

“Pft, no worries! We can beat them in no time! Trust me!” Sehun smiled

“KRYSSIE!” Shinyeong shouted and run to the backstage. She then gives her bestie a hug

“Yeong! Gosh it was so damn hard!” Krystal said

“Yeah yeah I know, but you did well! So do you Hun” Shinyeong said and look coldly to Sehun

“Where’s Kai? I thought I saw him with you” Krystal asked

“Molla. That pet’s keep getting some random calls I guess, but he keeps on tryin to pick it up. I guess he’s taking some calls now” Shinyeong shrugged

“Random calls? From who?” Krystal asked and raised an eyebrow

“Molla. Don’t care anyway. I asked but he’s tone was super annoying!” Shinyeong pouted

“Maybe from his ex-girlfriends” Sehun joked

“Maybe. I just wish they’d punch that pet” Shinyeong said

“And there goes the mean Shinyeong” Sehun chuckled, making Shinyeong to did a mehrong

“Kai!” Krystal shouted and waved

“Hey guys. Congrats” he said flatly with a small smile

“Thanks. Where’ve you been?” Krystal asked

“I just got some calls” he said and smiled awkwardly

“See? Why can’t you talk to me in that tone?!” Shinyeong protested and pouted. Kai can only give her a scary apolegatic look

“What’s wrong with you?” Sehun asked

“Nothing’s wrong”

“You sure? You look weird”

“Yeah. Is everything okay?” Krystal asked

“Oh come on, he always look weird!” Shinyeong pouted

“I’m fine no worries. Sorry Yeong” Kai said and left

“Huh? What’s wrong with that pet?” Shinyeong ask in confusedness. Krystal and Sehun can only exchange look, dumbfounded

“Dear the Sophomore and Senior representative, please come back to the stage. The competition’s about to start” The MC called

“Well, that’s our code” Sehun said

“Goodluck Kryssie! I’ll pray for you! Go kick some !” Shinyeong said adn gave her a hug

“Thanks Yeong, you’re the best!”

“And you too. Good luck cousin” Shinyeong said in a pathetic tone and patted Sehun’s shoulder. She then walk away

“O.. Kay..” he said awkwardly, making Krystal to laugh

The game was in the real heat. Both of the team are really putting effort to win. Sehun adn Krystal are really working their off for it.

“Last question, number 40! It’s math” the MC said. Making Krystal to bit her lip as she saw Kyuhyun did a smirk

The MC then read out the answer. The two teams then start to do their calculating on the paper

“Oh! Me!” Kyuhyun said and raised his hand

“Yes Seniors?”

“It’s 3a + 4c = 0” Kyuhyun said in full confidence

“Uuu! I’m sorry Mr Cho, incorrect!”

“What?” he said and pouted

“Hey it’s our chance! If we get this right, we can win!” Sehun said

“Yeah I know!” Krystal said STILL doing her calculation

“Wait, don’t supossed it become undefined?” Sehun asked

“Undefined? Hm.. Oh yea right! It’s a minus!” Krystal said

“Yeah right!” Sehun said with victorious smile

“Well raise your hand!” Krystal said

Just when Sehun was about to raised his hand, he saw someone sitting on the participants place. A girl with long wavy brown hair, peach dress and a simple yet beautiful smile plastered on her face

He was stunned. It was her. The girl he’d miss for years. She’s here. Watching him with a smile

“Sehun?” Krystal asked with confused face

“Alright, no answers?” the MC asked

“Undefined!” Krystal shouted and pressed the bell. Making Sehun to snapped out of his shock

“Correct! 25 points for Sophomore which turns out the score! Congratulation for the Sophomore teams! You guys are gonna be the representative for our school this year! Congratulations!” the MC said, followed by a huge applause from the crowd

“KRYSSIEEE!!” Shinyeong shouted and jumped to the stage

“Aaaa Yeong we’ve made it!!” Krystal said and hugs her

“I know!! Congratulations!!” She said and hugs her

“Congrats Krys!” Kai said and smiled

“Aaa thanks Kai!” Krystal said and hugs him. Kai widen his eyes but replied the hug in the end

While the three of them are jumping in joy, Sehun walked down the stage with blank face, approaching for that girl

“Hey Hunnie..”

So umm, how should I say this..

I know y'all might wanna stab my heart and slam my head on the wall, I understand

BUT PLEASE, I didn't get any internet connection until NOW

You see, I think I've said it before that I'm livin in dormitory, and the dorm !
I mean, what kinda dorm doesn't have any wi-fi, right?

Well, we actually have but it just had some problems and stuff so, BOO!
 

So anyway, promise this won't be the last chapter for today and I hope it'll make up for my mistakes
