The Photographer

Description

All Jaeyoon ever thought of was her job: being a photographer. There was nothing else in her life; no friends, no family, no love. Every single day, she only thought about researching her new client or the new SLR camera that was releasing soon. Her life was the same every day: get up, go to work, and go home. However, all that changes when she meets one of Korea’s most famous groups, JYJ.

"Hyung. Hyung!" Junsu prodded Yoochun on the shoulder with his foot, still attempting to wake up the sleeping beast after ten minutes of poking. Yoochun shifted a bit before falling back asleep once again. "Hyung~!" Junsu whined, trying to use his infamous aegyo on him. Yoochun grabbed a nearby pillow and threw it at the intruder's face. "Aish! What's wrong with you?" Junsu asked before kicking his hyung's side. Yoochun let out a groan before sitting up, his head down, half asleep.

"I'm up now, araso?" He grumbled, messing up his hair, eyes still closed. "Now get out of my room or else I'll come and kill you."

Junsu smiled a little before jumping happily. "My job is done here. Oh! Don't forget; we have a photoshoot with Style Magazine at ten. Don't forget~!" Without another word, he jumped out of the room. Yoochun groaned once more before falling back onto his bed with his forearm covering his eyes.

"Did you wake him up?" Jaejoong asked, drinking a glass of water while leaning against the kitchen's island. Junsu nodded happily before taking a seat on one of the stools. Jaejoong chuckled before handing him a plate with bacon and eggs piled on top. "Here's your reward~" Junsu immediately dug into the food, not wasting another second.

"Ah, did you hear?" He asked, still chewing on a piece of bacon. "This magazine only came out recently, but it's a best seller among all the other old ones."

Jaejoong looked at him, surprised. "Really?" He asked, taking another sip of his water and Junsu nodded.

"And all the staff working there only came from the best colleges, the lighting director, the photographer... even the makeup artist. Manager hyung said that we should be honored to work with them, but I think he was joking."

Before any of them could say another word, Yoochun emerged from his room, still wearing his pyjamas. Jaejoong wrinkled his nose. "Ew, Yoochun. Go and freshen up. You probably still have morning breath."

Yoochun rolled his eyes before sitting down. "For your information, I just brushed my teeth. I just chose not to change yet because I knew you'd annoy the hell out of me for being late. Now give me a plate." Jaejoong laughed before handing him a plate filled with food. "What were you guys talking about?"

"Just the photoshoot." Junsu replied.

"Let's not talk about work in the morning, please?" Yoochun asked. "I don't want to be filled with thoughts of the photoshoot for a while. Let's talk about something else. Let's talk about... our love life!"

Jaejoong's eyes widened. "Why?" He whined, setting down his glass and folding his arms. "It's not like we even have a love life..."

Yoochun rolled his eyes once more. "I know that. It's just that... we're already 26, well, except for Junsu, but close enough. Normal twenty-six year-olds are already planning for marriage now."

"But we're not normal twenty-five year-olds." Junsu countered. "We're idols. We can't get married and have a relationship. If we do, our fans will be heartbroken."

"Even though I love our fans, I don't understand them." Shaking his head, Jaejoong sat down on the stool next to Junsu. "If they really were out fans, they would be happy for us when we have a girlfriend."

Laughing, Yoochun set his fork down. "Many fans only like us for our looks, not for our talents. They'd probably turn into our antis if we ever get married." Jaejoong sighed, defeated. "Besides, it's not like you have a girlfriend... right?"

Jaejoong looked at the wall. "No; but sometimes I do, even if it's a secret."

"Ah!" Junsu suddenly cried out, looking at the wall clock. "Hurry up and eat, or else we're going to be late!" The three quickly scrambled to their feets when they realized they should have left around ten minutes ago.

"Aish..." They all mumbled under their breaths.
