“I want to try something new!” he said.

The older was like wondering what did the younger lover meant, it was something strange he knew that he is giving all his attention to this relationship wanting it to be a successful one.

Realizing the strange look that showed on the older guy’s face he smiled.

“I want to try hanging around other people, we are always together, I have been always yours, I never flirted with anyone else, never cheated and I don’t think about it even! But I want to try! I don’t’ meant cheating, I want to try clubbing having fun I just want to try it all.”

Listening to the younger’s explanation he wondered if he was going to make the right decision but he was planning to make him happy no matter what, “ Are going clubbing with the guys?” he asked.

The younger knew he was busted but he smiled shyly.

“it is not really like clubbing , we are going to a karaoke club and you know … dancing and going to the arcade, things people my age do.”

“Ok!” the older man said leaving the younger astonished for a second

“REALLY!”

“Hai, you can have fun, but remember one thing Save the last dance for me ok!” the older looked straight into the eyes of his lover.

“I have another Idea!” the older glances looked like he was really enjoying the thought he was having, “ lets go to the same place , but not as a couple, you know let us go as friends so you can have your time without worrying”

The younger was little not sure about what he was hearing, “I don’t get it what do you mean?”

The older only started singing

The younger had his fun time dancing singing and smiling happily until his eyes caught his lover walking in with his own friends, having fun himself.

He knew that his lover saw him because their eyes met while he was leaving the dance floor, and his whole body shivered as he heard his lover singing once again.

He sat with his friends watching his young lover dancing again, he wasn’t sure why he felt a mixture of jealousy and yet he was happy, the music was so amazing, feeling the beats reaching to every part of his heart. He glanced again as he saw someone approaching his lover. He saw him laughing and making jokes, shyly telling something to that person, damn he wanted to pull him away from that guy but he wanted to see, he found himself singing and humming

Then he picked his own phone and started texting

It only took couple of minutes before he got a reply.

“You just don’t understand it yourself dear”

The younger glanced at his watch wondering , he thought by the time it showed he would have at least 20 msgs on his mobile but his mobile only rang once this evening.

He took a deep breath then sighed, looking around him , the shadow of his older lover was no where to be found, he wished to fulfill his own promise that he gave earlier.

“Are you alone? Can I take a seat ?” a new guy approached him he looked handsome but the feeling wasn’t there, he didn’t want to flirt anymore, he enjoyed it when his lover was there, when he was able to see his reactions to whatever they were both doing, it was fun when his lover was there, but right now as he was alone it didn’t feel right.

He excused himself wanting to go home, the guy looked at him asking him if he could walk him home, the song rang again in his mind and found himself apologizing politely before heading to the door, only to find himself yanked away from the door, at first he though that the guy pulled his hand wanting to stop him from leaving, but it didn’t last a long because he heard his lover

“Did you think I would let you forget who's taking you home, And in whose arms you're gonna be, I guess I told you, you have to save the last dance for me, right?”
