Foreword

"Why the heck do you like kpop?" Dean, my cousin, mockingly asked.

I made a face, "Not only are the songs catchy, they deeper meaning too, you know."

"Right." He said and went away.

"You'll soon understand me, you know!" I shouted. I have been a KPOP fan for 2 years now, I started liking it because of my friend. She would constantly talk about it and I usually couldn't relate. Until, during summer, I had nothing to do and I saw her post a video of Super Junior's Explorers of the Human Body, bam! I couldn't get enough of the KPOP world. They make great music, their dance steps are no joke and they are amazing at variety shows, good looks are just a big bonus. People on the KPOP industry are versatile, which I would want to be someday. A versatile person since I lack at many things, they serve as an inspiration, not an addiction.

I took my phone and started to play Super Junior's Marry U. It's such a sweet song, relaxing and soothing.
"Again?" Aira, another cousin of mine, entered the room, out of all my cousins, she's the one that at least tries to understand my love for KPOP.

"Yeah." I said with a smile.

"You just love them that much, huh?" She sat down at the end of the bed.

"Of course," I said. "And I'm gonna go to Korea someday. You know that right?"
