 After 5 days.

I felt like a total jerk. We broke up…But I still realise how much I loved him. He’s buried deep into my eyes but mostly he’s placed deep in my heart just like a tattoo that can’t be move. Everywhere I go, a beautiful image of a blonde angel would appear with the brightest gummy smile. But in a blink, that beautiful image faded away leaving me with full of guilt. I need a time machine. I want to travel back to the time where I gave him a painful heartbreak.  But that’s impossible. We’ve dated for 5 years and this is what I gave him in return after all those beautiful memories we had. He filled me up with love whenever those three words escape his mouth. Those three words sounded like music from heaven.

He must be suffering right now. I’m so stupid and selfish. I’m a big fool and a jerk. I broke up with him because I felt like I wasn’t the right one for him and he deserves someone better than me.

‘All the best for your future.’

 He spilled those words out with a total fake smile before I left. And since then, I could see how broke he is. His expression tells me everything. I hurt him severely. Right now I feel empty. Without him I’m totally empty. I need those 3 heavenly words to fill my emptiness. I want him by my side. I need to see that cute gummy smile. The only thing came into my mind was, I have to find him now.

Donghae decided to grab some fresh air. He was walked pass the park and there he saw his lover sitting on a bench with his gummy smile plastered on its face. His feelings were unexplainable. The latter walked closer without blinking his eyes. As soon as he went nearer, his lover disappeared. Gone and nowhere to be seen.

‘It was just an imagination’ he thought.

He walked down the streets when this voice came ringing into his eardrums.

“Hae”

‘Hyukkie’  Donghae whispered softly.

He looked around searching for that voice. But there’s no one. That thought came again. He was imagining things.

He continued walking when that exactly same voice came ringing into his ears again. But this time it was tense that he couldn’t bare that pang in his heart.

‘Hae, I love you and I will always do.’ A tear escaped his eyes with success.

He continued walking when suddenly a flashback came into his senses.

He came back into his senses and cried. It’s true. That phrase came out to be a curse. Yes. He couldn’t live without his lover just like a fish that can’t live without water. It hurts so badly.

Suddenly flashbacks of their memories came flashing into his mind.

He remembered telling his lover his love for him is as big as the universe.

He remembered waking his lover up for work.

He came into his senses when he saw a figure of his lover. Smiling like blossoms that blooms. He got closer and that figure frown and ran. Donghae ran after that figure following him.

It started to rain. Donghae kept following that figure. He’s soaked but to him, it wasn’t important at all. All he cared was finding his lover back.
Suddenly, that figure was looking at a bunch of crowd. It soon vanished into the thin air.
Donghae stopped his tracks right after that figure disappeared.

He was about to turn away and knock out those imaginations when he caught a glimpse of a blonde hair guy laying in the cold wet floor, between the legs of people in the crowd. He ran towards the direction of the crowd and squeezes himself into those bunches of humans.

He dropped himself onto the cold wet floor, beside the lifeless body. He cried touch the cheeks of that blonde guy. His lover was injured. He felt like a knife stabbed into his heart. His lover has a cut on both knees and it’s bleeding with bright red blood.

Within a second he already carried his lover and asked help from those bunches of people to hail the taxi. As soon as the taxi arrived, he told the taxi driver the address and their journey begun. He touches the forehead of his lover and it was burning. His lover looked pale but that beautiful face remains.

‘This is my entire fault. Because of me, he’s broken. Because of me, he injured himself. Because me, he caught a high fever.’ Donghae thought. A tear escapes his eye came rolling on his cheeks. He was extremely guilty.

Donghae went into their used-to-be room with a tiny pale of water and a rag dipped in it. He squeezes the damp rag and put it above his lover’s forehead.

He stared at the latter’s face. He couldn’t believe how a guy could have such a smooth skin like his angel. He started caressing his lover’s face and his hands travels to his lover’s hands and intertwined them. Their hands fix perfectly.

He smiled slowly, his eyelids got heavier and soon he drifted into his dreamland.

He woke up when he heard.

“Hae, don’t leave me please. You said you love me. Hae, come back. “

“Hae! I love you. Don’t leave. You promised me you’ll never leave me. “

His lover was mumbling in his sleep while crying. Donghae was seriously shocked to see his lover’s behavior. He didn’t think that breaking up could lead his lover to something disturbing.

Suddenly his lover opened his eyes. He sat on the bed, palmed his beautiful face and started sobbing uncontrollably and cried hard.

“Hyukkie-ah” Donghae called. And his lover started screaming.

“Not again! No! Go away!! Go!!”

Donghae was filled with an unknown expression.

“Please stop crying. It hurts me seeing you cry.” Donghae said to his lover.

“NNOOOO!!!” he screamed. Donghae went and hug his lover tightly.

“I love you Hyukkie, so please stop crying. It hurts me.” Suddenly his lover’s sobs became lesser.

“Hae.” He said.

“Yes Hyukkie.” Donghae replied.

“You’re real right?” Donghae smiled towards his lover adorableness.

The latter revealed his beautiful face and stare deeply into Donghae’s eyes. Hyukjae couldn’t help but fall in love deeper for Donghae. Suddenly he began crying again letting those crystal tears out.

Donghae stared into those beautiful big round eyes and fell deeply in love again. Soon, the latter began crying. He wiped those crystal tears away from that beautiful angel face. He hugged his lover. Hyukjae inhale that past 5 days missing scent. He missed it so badly that he couldn’t even concentrate on work.

“Hyukkie-ah.  I’m terribly sorry for breaking our m promise. I realized that I can’t live without you. I need you with me. I went crazy in love. So crazy in love with you that sometimes I see you beside me but then it disappeared into the air. Hyukkie, I love you so much. Can we start all over again? “Donghae confessed. Suddenly he heard sobs again.

“Hae-ah. I really love you. Yes. I’m crazy in love. I saw you everywhere. I heard you calling me when I closed my eyes. I’m so in love with you that I couldn’t bare a day without you being with me. It tortures me so much. It hurts so much that I couldn’t concentrate. Hae, please don’t hurt me again. I love you.” Hyukjae replied sobbing.

“Hyukkie, I promise you that I won’t leave you again.” Donghae hug his lover tight.

“Thank you so much Hae. I love you. If you do, I’ll probably kill myself and hunt you.” Hyukjae replied in his boyfriend’s embrace.

“I Love you too. I love you more than you can imagine. And if I broke my promises, I’ll kill myself for being a pabo and follow your soul. “Donghae pecked his lover’s hair and forehead. He could smell that strong scent of strawberries that misses for 5 days. That night, they spent cuddling each other like there was no tomorrow. Donghae felt relieved that he could have his lover back.

Hyukjae was lying on his bed smiling like an idiot. Suddenly he got a message from his boyfriend.

Within a second Hyukjae already replied a yes and chuckled towards his boyfriend cuteness.

Hyukjae was at the living room waiting for his charming boyfriend to pick him up. Suddenly he heard a very loud horn outside his house. He smiled knowing who did that. It was no other than his boyfriend.

On their journey to that special place, Donghae has been keeping quiet all the time. Hyukjae was curious. He could sense something fishy.

As they reach, Donghae bring his lover to a special romantic lake. He was so nervous.

Hyukjae widened his eyes right after his romantic boyfriend bring him to a place. A romantic lake where they first had their first kiss and where Donghae confessed to him. Hyukjae glanced at his boyfriend. Donghae kept frowning which gets him curious about his boyfriend’s behavior. He couldn’t help but ask.

“Hae-ah, what’s bothering you? “

“Hyukkie, there’s something I want to say.” Donghae sigh.

“I’m sorry if you’re not ready for this.” Donghae gave another sigh and start his speech.

“Hyukkie-ah, I’m so thankful for everything I cherish those memories and everything you do for. You’re the first person who makes my heart flutters. Looking at your beautiful face could replace my emptiness with happiness and love. I’m sorry if you’re not ready for this. I-I-I….” Donghae couldn’t spill his words out. His tongue was twisted.

Hyukjae felt these familiar feelings. He knew what Donghae would ask for. That same phrase he wouldn’t want to hear again. He clenched his fist tight and held his tears and wait for Donghae to spill that severe phrase.

Donghae took out a red velvet box and went on his knees.

“Hyukkie-ah, will you marry me?” Donghae finally complete his speech.

Hyukjae was overwhelmed. He couldn’t find a word to explain his feelings. He was speechless. Suddenly his tears pour like rain.

“Hyukkie-ah, I can’t picture my life a day without you. I knew you weren’t ready for this.” Donghae was about to keep that velvet box when Hyukkie said, “Yes, I will.”

Those heavenly sent butterflies in his stomache. He inserts that ring into Hyukjae’s finger and kissed Hyukjae on the lips. A sweet and a passionate one.

"Hyukkie-ah~ From tomorrow onwards, you'll be packing all your stuffs and move into my house and live with me. One more thing."

Hyukjae looked at his boyfriend.....I mean fiance with a questioned look. Donghae chuckled and pinched Hyukkie's cheeks.

"You're so cute hyukkie-ah. I need you to resign your current job and work with me since my Appa will be opening a new company and I'll be the one managing it. And I need you to become my secretary. I personally save a job for you so that I could see your face everyday and I won't feel lonely."

Hyukjae couldn't help but felt warm after hearing his fiance's words.
He thanked God letting meet this handsome and charming prince.

He prayed and wished for something that could happen in life.
