Torn Between the Good and the Bad
Description
Jay and Tiffany have been going out since high schools. Like all relationships, things start out good, but unlike all relationships, they get into fights which seem like everyday. Ever since they hit college things changed, Jay changed. He turned to the ultimate bad boy. He drinks, he parties, and he has girls here and there. Fights after fights, tears after tears, she is still unwilling to let him go. To her, Jay is just in a phase and will be back to normal.
Jay and Tiffany met when they were little kids. He was always her knight in shining armor. He’s always there when she’s in trouble or in a mess. But lately, he’s not much of a protector, Wooyoung is.Wooyoung is Jay’s best friend. He is always there witnessing their fights, considering he’s the one that tells Tiffany where Jay is. He’s there when Tiffany is crying, when she needs a shoulder to cry on, when she could barley hold herself up right.
Wooyoung has a crush on Tiffany. He always comforts her when she’s sad, which led to him falling for her. He is unable to confess to Tiffany, in order to keep his friendship with Jay.
Foreword
I’m sitting in my room waiting for Jay’s call. It’s 11:00 and no signs from him yet. I got an all too familiar text from a friend telling me the direction to come to this ‘spot’. I knew what that meant. The first time I had ever got a message like this, I didn’t know how to handle the situation, but now, I’m used to it. It’s like on a daily basis for me lately.
I walk down the basement to this ‘location’ and through, what seems like a hall. The loud music boomed in my ears as I walk closer and closer to the door. This was it. Just standing in front of this rusty reddish door, I could smell the disgusting odor coming from that room. I carefully twist the door knob and push it open. The room was filled with white smoke; the air was polluted with the smell of cigarettes and throw up. It was dim. I scanned the room, and there he is…
