Description
Sometimes, the heart can only take so much. Chanyeol learned that the hard way.
So he abandoned everything he had been just to keep it beating. Happiness was soon foreign to it. Sadness couldn’t even touch it. Emotions became irrelevant.
Eventually, the barrier around his heart grew as time passed. It left him as empty as all those people who watched him grow to become the person he is now; his friends and his families who stuck by his side despite the lack of the old Chanyeol who used to laugh at the silliest thing and once graced them with the brightest of smiles.
They wanted him back but at the same time, they didn’t if it meant losing him forever.
Given a scholarship from a prestigious school, Chanyeol jumped for the opportunity as soon as it was handed.

Hi.
I'm a little shy because it's my first time writing for asianfanfics.
Tht's because I've only been an exclusive reader.
To me, this story is very speacial and has been circulating around my head for a month now.
I've never been a kpop fan before but when Exo made their first teaser I knew I was a goner. I never expected to go gaga over any other kpop group a year ago but Exo could make me even fangirl over the most ridiculous fancams, buy their albums and even force my friend who's now at the other side of the world to sign me an autograph from them.
And then my friend introduced the word "OTP". Of course, the naive and airhead person I am in the Kpop world, I asked her what it was. Damn, i'm regretting it now.

Oh, and by the way, i won't be putting Baekhyun and Tao in the story. At some point I became a Taoris and a Baekyeol shipper. I know it's corny to say this but putting them in a Krisyeol fic leaves me in an awkward situation.
