Sunny’s POV

“Can I go now?”

“For nth time, no! We are rehearsing” Jiyeon told me

“But we have been practicing for more than one week, everything is fine”

“We are going to present this in two days, so we need to keep practicing” She continued with the dialogue

I sighed and sat again on the ground, I could hear the song “Summer nights” from the other classroom. I sighed more

“Unnie” Sooyoung sat beside me “I think Jessica is corrupting you with the laziness” she laughed

“No, it’s not that, I just want to see her”

“Haha, you don’t want to see her, you want to prevent them from doing the kiss” I looked at her

“Maybe, I just need her”

“You’re such a lost case”

I glared at her “Oh, look Siwon is behind you!”

Sooyoung stood up quickly and turned around excited “Opp—“ there was no one. She face me again

“You are worst” I laughed

“You  shorty!” Sooyoung was about to come to me, when Leeteuk spoke

“Hey, let’s practice the final dance and then Sunny can leave” he smiled to me

“Thanks oppa” I hugged him

“We practiced the last song, and I ran to the other room when told me I can leave

I knocked on the door, and Onew opened it, he let me enter and I saw Yuri practicing a song… I laughed hardly when I realized she was wearing a wig

“Sunny!” Jessica ran to me “What are you doing here?”

“I already finished, so I came here” I hugged her

“Then, let’s take 5 minutes break” She said, and everyone cheered

We sat behind the piano, this is the music room anyway…

“Hey, did you---“ She didn’t let me end my question

“No silly, we are keeping it to the real presentation” she rested her head on my shoulder

I smiled “You know me so well” and held her hand, playing with her finger

“That’s why I’m more than a friend to you” she giggled

“So, how is going the project this far?”

“Fine, we already learn the script, and now we are just practicing the song” She lift up her head and faced me “Come here”

“What?” I came closer to her, as she was about to tell me a secret

She smirked and crashed her lips on mines. I smiled, and my hands slipped to her neck, where it positioned securely. Her hands travelled down to my waist…

“Sica! Can we practice now?!” a guy yelled

“S***… I’m going!” she separated

“Hey, what did I tell you about cursing? Don’t do it~” I said the last thing with aegyo

“You are so innocent” she pecked on my lips before getting up

“Yaii, I want to see the dance” I got up too. Jessica and Taecyeon moved to their positions, and I went beside Yuri

“Won’t you be in that song?”

“Nah, it’s only for those two” she played with the wig

‘You are the one that I want.

 Ooh-ohh-ohh- honey’

Taecyeon was like chasing Jessica, and she kept acting cool and everything. He hugged her from behind and continued dancing.

Mmmm… what a dance…

Taecyeon lifted her up in a bridal style and spun her around, at the end of the song. And Jessica kissed him on the cheek.

I guess that’s when the kiss is…

Everyone clapped “I love that dance” Hyoyeon said

“Sunny-sii, can I talk with you?” Taecyeon rubbed his neck awkwardly

“Yeah, sure”

“Emm… look, I have to be honest with you” He sighed “I like Jessica, and I know she is your girlfriend, but don’t worry I won’t do anything besides acting”

Woah… I wasn’t expecting that… such a direct guy

“Oh thank you, for your honesty” I put a hand on his shoulder “I know there’ll be someone for you” and said sincerely

He smiled and nodded like a small kid “Dae, can we be friends?”

I giggled “Yup”

-Two days later-

Jessica’s POV

Today is the play’s day. Mamma Mia is first, so when I arrived at school, Sunny was already changed into her costume. A beach’s dress, with a cute hat. She blushed when she found me staring at her.

“Yah! You look like a ert” She covered her face with both of her hands

“Hhaha, I told you that you’ll look cute” I squealed and went to ‘bully’ her

Pinching her cheeks, grabbing her hat, spinning her around, and not letting the blush go away

“You should dress like that more often, it really suit you” I kept complimenting my girlfriend

She nodded

“This girly image looks cute on you, instead of the boyish attitude you always try to have” I nodded to myself

“Dae…” She smiled, and continued studying her script

“It’s like a new side of you, bec---“

She put one finger on my lips, making me shut up “Aren’t you tired from speaking?”

I shook my head “How can I be tired if I’m speaking about you?”

She blushed and tried to change the topic “Where’s your costume?”

“In my backpack” I pointed to the bag

“Then why aren’t you wearing it?”

“Because it’s not my turn” I looked around the room

There was no one there. I was so busy praising my girlfriend that I didn’t realize that everyone already left to the audio-visual room. Sunny seemed to read my thoughts because she spoke first

“Yes, everyone left 2 minutes ago, but you were so concentrated on talking. Even Taecyeon called you and you didn’t move an inch” she chuckled

“Then let’s go now, I don’t want to be late” I kissed her, before dragging her off with me

The way she acted was pure art. Her facial expressions, her voice, her attitude was so immersed in the character. And her pronunciations of the words were cute, but understandable.

The teacher laughed, nodded, and graded along with the play

“Amazing… you got an A” He stood up from the chair “Now the other team, please”

The team went to change and walked up to the stage to start the play.
