Then he did about 52 push ups, 50 sit ups, 100 jumping jacks, and finished off with a massive run on the spot... And an encouraging scream.

He ended his day with a shower and went to his room to get ready for bed. He had placed the flowers on his nightstand and glanced at them and hesistated a thought. Then he put on a jacket and some slippers.
