It has been five years now since I last had a glimpse of this place. Memories scattered on every corner of the room. Yes, those memories, our memories together. I just stood there not realizing how mesmerized I was to discover that the room hasn’t changed. Well yeah, the wooden floor has somehow decayed and some of the windows are already broken but emotionally speaking, it was like kept and preserved. There’s one thing missing though, the people, the ones who used to be in this room. Those people who thought that those moments would never end. It seemed to them that having each other was more than enough. I guess the reason why I believed that nothing has changed is because those memoirs still live until today. Deep down inside me, I know I had to believe there’s still hope.
