We had been together for over a half year and it had been the best time of my life and I was more in love than i’ve ever been before. There was one thing that had seemed rather strange lately. Whenever I took his hand or did anything to him, he pushed me away. I kept wondering and wondering but I never asked him what was wrong or what I did wrong.

He never seemed to have time for me anymore. There was one thing that I had on my mind, cheating. But it wasn’t like him. He would never cheat. He was a faithful boy who you really could trust on but he had seemed not to want me the past few weeks.

He was in the laundry room and doing laundry. I watched him from the sofa. I got up and walked towards him, standing behind him.

“You’ve been in here for the past hour, you can’t take a break or something?,” i asked nicely.

“No, I need to finish this,” he answered.

I nodded.

“I see,” I said with a sad voice.

“Is everything alright? You seem a bit… sad,” he said.

“Well… there is something,” I replied.

“Yeah?,” he said.

“It can’t be,” I said. “It’s stupid.”
“What’s stupid?,” he asked.

I teared up and didn’t know what to do.

“J-Just forget it,” I said. “I’m in the sofa if you want to cuddle or anything…”
“Good to know,” he answered.

I nodded and walked back to the sofa and continued watching tv. Just when I walked out of the room his phone rang and he sounded very happy when he answered.

“_____-Jagiya! Just the one i wanted to talk to,” he said.

I turned down the volume a little bit so I maybe could hear anything but he closed the door. Giving me a weird look. I turned the volume back on. It was pointless.

“How have you been? I have missed you,” I heard him say.

I wondered who he was talking about. Maybe it was true. Maybe he was cheating on me after all. I tried not to think about it and continued watching tv. He was in the laundry room for 1 more hour. I could hear him laughing from time to time. Suddenly he came out to watch tv with me.

“Who was that?,” i asked.

“No one really,” he said smiling.

I nodded. He seemed happy. I wanted to cry but i held it in. He noticed something was going on with me but I tried to hide it as much as possible. He leaned his hand on my shoulders and we continued watching tv. With having his arm around me felt like I was the only one for him but I was sure there was another one too.

A couple days later.

I had been away shopping with one of my best friend and i was happy to go home and see my boyfriend. But he hadn’t been answering any of my text messages or anything the past couple hours. I told my best friend i was a bit nervous about him cheating, but she didn’t think he was, so i trusted her.

I was on my way home from the buss. It was dark outside and I was a little scared of the dark. So I called him. It beeped,  beeped and beeped but no one answered, i only got to his answering machine.

“Hello you have reached Shin Soohyun, I am currently unavailable right now but leave a message after this tone and I will call or text you back.”

“Hello, it’s me, what are you doing? I’ve been trying to reach you. I’m on my way home now. Can you come and pick me up? I don’t like walking alone in the dark. I love you.”

You hung up. He heard everything you said but he ignored it and continued to be with that girl he had been seing. She was really pretty. Much more prettier than myself. Long black hair, cute smile, skinny, everything he wanted.

I had to walk on my own, it took a while because I was carefull but i was finally home. I heard some giggle from the apartment through the door.

I opened the door and walked in. It was definitely giggle. A girls giggle and his. Could it be true? Was he cheating? I walked quietly towards his bedroom and his door was halfway opened.

I heard the bed queezing agains the wall and there was a girl in there. He was laying on top of her, tickling and kissing her.

I pushed the door open quietly but it accidently slammed against the wall and they noticed me. My eyes turned into stones. I didn’t know what to do or say. I stared at them in shock.

“Baby what are you doing here?,” he said.

I didn’t say anything.

“I left you a message on your phone,” i answered. “I guess you ignored it.”

“it’s not what it looks like,” he said.

He got up on his feet away from the bed walking towards me.

“It’s not?,” i said.

Tears started to fall down from my cheeks and it was true. He was cheating.

“It’s exactly what it is,” i said.

“Baby, it’s not,” he said.

“Don’t call me baby,” i said. “We’re done.”

“What?,” he said.

I turned around and threw my bags away and took my bag with me and ran down the stairs with tears running down my cheeks as he was standing there not knowing that he just lost the love of his life. He started to regret what he did.

“I will be right back,” he said to the girl on his bed.

I was far away from his apartment, waiting for the buss. I was there again. I called my best friend and she answered as I was crying.

“I-I-I … can I come over?,” I asked.

“Yes ____-ah, what’s wrong?,” she asked.

“I will explain later,” i said.

“Alright, I see you soon, don’t cry,” she said.

I nodded and hung up and waited for the buss and put my phone back in my pocket as i heard a familiar voice.

“Don’t go,” he said.

I slowly turned around and there he was.

“I don’t have anything to say to you,” I said.

“It’s not what you were thinking,” he said.

His tears started to fall down.

“It’s not what you think it is,” he said.

“Really? You’ve been avoiding me the past couple days and… the other day when you were doing laundry…,” I said.

“It’s nothing,” he said. “I’m not cheating on you.”

“Why should i believe you?,” I asked.

“You mean the world to me, please don’t leave,” he said.

“I saw you giving her a kiss,” I said.

“On the cheek, not on the lips,” he said. “Please.”
“Who is she?,” i asked.

“She is one of my best friends, since childhood,” he explained. “I would never cheat on you, i promise.”

“No,” i said.

“Baby,” he said.

The girl noticed he had run away to catch me and she finally reached to us.

“There you are,” she said. “What is going on? Are you okay?”

He shook his head.

“She thinks I’m cheating,” he said.

“What?,” she said. “Are you insane? He would never do that.”

“Who are you?,” i asked. “You’re the girl who he talked to the other day isn’t it?”

“Yes it is,” she said smiling. “I’m one of his childhood friends.”
“Really?,” i asked.

“Yes,” she said. “He talked a lot about you.”

“You did?,” I asked Soohyun.

“I did,” he said drying his tears away. “Please don’t leave me.”

“You’re not cheating?,” i asked.

“No,” he shook his head. “I’m not.”
“He has said a lot of nice things about you,” she said. “I’m Eri by the way.”
We shook hands and i dried my tears away.

“I’m not cheating,” he said.

He got closer to me holding his hands around my waist, tightly.

“I’m sorry i’ve been ignoring you,” he said. “I really am. Don’t cry.”

“I thought you were cheating,” i said.

“I would never…,” he said. “I love you.”

“I love you too.”

“Aw you are so cute,” Eri said.

We giggled.

“I’m so sorry,” he said.

I nodded and he pulled me into his arms hugging me tightly, giving me a kiss.

“I will be over there,” Eri said.

She walked away and we just stood there. Knowing that i was the only one for him meant the world to me.
