             1. GENERAL RULES

• You have to subscribe to our shop as a guarantee that you will be getting your graphic after it is done.
• Do not request the same thing at other graphic shop or graphic site of individual person. That's totally
  downgrading our effort. 
• Please try to provide high quality pictures & match them according to the theme of your story. 
  We could search for you, but it will take longer time.
• We have the right to change the pictures without informing you if we think the pictures are in low 
  quality or do not match the theme of your story. We are trying our best to create the graphic according
  to your wants and story.
• Make sure the links are all valid.
• You can cancel your request in 24 hours time. And tell us immediately in the comment section,
  if you have made a mistake in the request form. Once the graphic is done, we will not have a redo
  if the mistake does not lie on our behalf.
• If you do not like how the graphic comes out, you still have to use it for at least seven weeks.
• Save and upload to your own photohosting site. We will not guarantee that the link will be forever.
  A few examples of photohosting site is photobucket, imgur and imageshack.
• The magic words will always be changed from time to time. So pay a heed. 
  The magic words are 'you know I want it.'
• Please leave a comment after you request just in case we do not receive it.

            2. FOR POSTER & ANIMATED POSTER REQUEST

• Please provide the pictures according to the mood of the story.
• Whether it's normal poster or animated, it is depend on the graphic designer's creativity.
• If you're requesting for chapter poster, please write which chapter you're going to use the poster in the 'anything else' section.
• Do not request for contradict theme. Eg: happy/sad poster
• Do not request for contradict colours. Eg: Angst poster with bright colours.
• Limit character per poster is six characters.
  Limit poster with group picture is three. One group is consider as one.

           3. FOR CHARACTER CHART REQUEST

• You can request from us up until twenty characters.
• Do not forget to include the name of the characters and their descriptions.
  Eg: Zico - The Hello Kitty Swagger
         L Kim - The ice prince

           4. FOR POSTERCHART REQUEST

• A posterchart is a type of graphic that I invented the name.
• There will be about two/three main characters standing out like a poster and at the same graphic there are also other characters like a character chart usually look like.
• Limit for characters for placement like a poster is two or three.
• Limit for other characters placement like a character chart is eight.

           5. FOR BACKGROUND REQUEST

• The background is usually just a simple one. So please no requesting the background to be like a poster.
  There is a reason why a background is a background and why it is so simple. Please acknowledge that.
• Do not request a background if you are not going to use it. It will just waste our time and effort.

          6. FOR SHOP LAYOUT REQUEST

• In the quotes/phrases section, include what your shop offers.
