Shin Hye's POV

 

It's been 5 years since I last saw Yong Hwa.

I wonder how he is. I wonder what he's doing

I really want to see him.......I want to be with him.

 

But that's probably not going to happen

since..

He's gone, he's moved.

 

"God, what am I even thinking? It's not like he's going to like me anyways.

To him I'm just a friend...His ch-childhood friend.

I get ready for the first day

"uhh" I murmured

So I get dressed, eat and rode a bike to school.

The moment I arrived, I saw a crowd of people 

in front of the gate.

" I wonder who were they waiting for?"

Then a black BMW stopped right in front of them.

Out came a girl, about my age. 

Once she came out, people kept screaming 

"By the looks of her face and outfit, I think she's famous"  I say to myself

 

But what struck me the most was the next man who went out.

 

It.....it was Yong Hwa...

My face grew into shock

"Why was he in the car? And with her? How'd they know eachother?" 

A ton of questions were floating in my mind.

I just couldn't believe it...

 

"He's.....b...aack"

 

I try to squeeze in the crowd and yell his name " OI YONG HWA! "

He looked back, but surprisingly he didn't utter a word except he and a girl

held hands and started walking.

 

Suddenly the crowds eyes were on me

I heard whispers.....

"Gosh, she's rude"

"Weirdo"

"Such a feeler"

"Can't she think before spitting words out of her stupid mouth?"

"Some smart girl she is"

 

I felt awkward and guilty for doing that.

So I ran away and head to class.

Yes! Thanks God no ones here yet

 

I took a seat near the window and sat down.

"He looks different. Why didn't he say hi, or at least smile back?" I thought to myself

 

Someone entered the room 

 

"Annyeong" 

"Annyeong" I said back

she took a seat beside mine and the moment I noticed it

we were talking to eachother.

"I'm Bae Suzy-Ibnida" She says with a smile

"Park Shin Hye-Ibnida"

 

I stare at her, WOW! She's really pretty...and she looks really nice too

 

"Gwaenchenhimnida?" 

"Ne" 

"Ne?....Well you don't seem like it" she says with a curious look on her face

"Oh, well I'm.."

Before I could continue she spoke

"Spill it" she teased

"Well you know..the guy.."

"I knew it" She teased again "What he do?"

"Aniyo, I meant the guy whom just arrived awhile ago....with the girl?"

"Ahh, ne. Jung Yong Hwa"

"You know him?"

"Who doesn't?!?!?! He's like a mega super-star" 

"Mwo? Really? How?" I asked surprisingly 

 

"Well rumors say that he was an old student here, though he was naturally one of the popular dude. Anyways 

he moved to the US then a recording label heard him singing in a gig at one of the bars there

and made him an international recording star at just the age of 16"

 

"Whoa, I've never heard of that. Well he never told anything"

"Mwo? You guys know eachother?"

 

"Ahh, ne. We were childhood friends, he helped me everytime

people bullied me. But....it seems like he doesn't remember me....at all"

 

"Ahh, well based on what you told me, and based on how he just acted. It looks like he doesn't remember you"

 

"I know....though I hope he does. And that awhile ago he just didn't have the time to talk since he's busy doing other things"

"You mean busy doing things with Eun Jung"

 

"Mwo?" Who's that?"

"Oh my gosh, what are you doing lately? Don't you watch movies?"

"Aniyo, I have no time, anyways who is she?"

 

""Well based on the gossip spreading in the internet

It was said that they were both dating. And that Eun Jung is his fiancé.

Yong Hwa's POV

 

Ahh, finally, I;m back...

But then life in school's going to be harder since I'm now famous. 

People crowding, girls screaming. autographs, girls asking me to be their jagiya

 

"Bleh" As if I'd like any of them. They're all ugly and untalented.

Besides I can't like anyone else but Eun Jung.......my fiancé.

 

"OI YONG HWA!"

I looked at the girl who called my name.

It was.....Shin Hye-ah and she's still wearing the necklace.

The inside of me felt really happy....so happy that I want to kiss her.

Though I know she feels nothing like this.

Then I remembered something.....

 

*Flashback*

 

"Jung Yong Hwa, better forget that friend of yours or it's between me or her!"

Forget her, move to the US, continue your singing career and become famous!

"But umma.......I like her"

"She's not worthy enough! Grades aren't important, unlike fame and fortune. UNDERSTAND!?"

"Ne....umma"

 

*End Of Flashback*

 

The moment I remembered umma's words 

I felt like a puppet. But I guess the best thing to do is forget she even existed.

I already have a future fiancé.....I should pay more attention to her than other girls

Even if it was her......

I can't afford to fail my parents....especially umma...

 

I grab Eun Jung's hand, ignored her and casually walked together.

"Yong Hwa-ya! Let's go" pleads Eun Jung

As always I let her drag me away from all the crowd of people and brought me inside the music room

"She exactly knows where I want to be"

When we enter, I see my old mates. Min Hyuk, Lee Hong Ki and Kim Soo Hyun.

"Oi, Hyung! You're back" screams Min Hyuk

 

"Haah, now we can finally get together at gigs again, like the old times, though you're obviously much more 

famous than before" says Hong Ki

 

Eun Jung stares at them weirdly, " Oh yeah I forgot I never mentioned anyone to her evenr since we've met."

"Yooong-ah...who are they?" she whisper to my ear

"They're my childhood friends" I claim

 

"Ohh. I'm Ham Eun Jung-Ibnida. Annyeonghaseyo everyone" she says with a smile though I know in the inside 

she's irritated.

 

"Annyeong Eun Jung, Kim Soo Hyun-Ibnida"

Hong Ki drags me to him and ask's me "Whoa, Yong, she's pretty. Is she your jagiya?" 

I shrug him off and went to Eun Jung, held her hands and said "Aniyo.....she's not my jagiya....cause she's my fiancé.

"Mwo?!?!? says Soo Hyun and Min Hyuk with a shocked expressions

"Ne, our parents set us up in an arrange marraige"

"Neee! Yong is mine forever!" says Eun Jung as she clinged on my arm

"But.....but what about Shi-"

Before Soo Hyun continued I broke his words.

"Hey, Since I'm here, why not celebrate?" My treat"

"WHAAAAAAA! Food! Let's gooooo" screams Min Hyuk with excitement

"Sure, why not Hyung. How bout after class?" ask's Hong Ki

"Ne, Lets meet at my home later 6pm?"

"Sure"

 

Thank God Eun Jung Didn't hear that.......
