A part of him couldn’t believe that the woman waiting for his return was the same woman who had attempted to run away all those months ago. He had been against it at first and eventually relented a little when he thought of going with her but now… perhaps it was time to say that she was right. She did need this life away from the one she knew. Sure, those they loved were none too happy about their sudden departure but they both knew that the understanding was there even without the agreement. Sure, this life away from their lives at home was a tad bit more complicated but it was beautiful and it was what brought the old Sooyoung back to him.

                The same part of him wondered if he did the right thing, coming with her as she searched for herself again. Sometimes he wondered if everything was probably meant to be different – that he was not by her side. But then again, he knew he was selfish… not too much but enough to not want to lose her. If she went as far as to want to be a nomad the rest of her life, then by all means. He’d join her in a heartbeat.
