It was one thing to be admired and to be loved by people one doesn't know, to be idolized. They worship the ground that one walks on and kiss the dirt beneath his feet. Well...maybe not that much, but it comes pretty close when talking about Kim Jongin, AKA Kai. He was an unofficial idol at his school, a god, a kingka, an ulzzang. Whatever it takes to make ladies swoon, the boy's got it all. He was used to such publicity and exposure due to his popularity. He was pretty damn proud and confident about it too.

Kai has a neighbor, female specifically, that's been with him since they were in diapers. You were quite the Ms. Forever Alone Invisible Untalkative Grumpy Pants (his nickname for you) The longest conservation you have had with him in 17 years lasted 10 minutes when both of you were 5. You're a sadist. You show nothing but expressions of discontentment, disgust, hate, and anything of the sort to him. And yet he finds out that you love him...apparently.
