Initially, it was just a crush. Jaejoong is beautiful right? And normal guys are attracted to beautiful things.

At the age of 15, Yunho thought it was a phase. Being stuck with a bunch of guys for long periods of time is not exactly the healthiest thing for a hormonal teenager. On the occasion that he is not training and out on the streets, his eyes stray to pretty girls. 

So it is ok that his eyes stray to his good friend during training since there are no other girls.
