By the end of that week, the line of girls had doubled who wanted to be Sehun’s Cinderella.

You blink at the long line upon entering school that day. “Hm. He still hasn’t found her.” You face Kai. “When do you think he’ll stop?”

Kai just shrugs and looks away.

You are surprised by his sudden question. “Sure. What is it?”

“You see… I’ve been focusing too much on looking for the girl that I’ve forgotten about the project in our class. Can you be my partner?”

“Oh.” You remember what he was talking about.

“Do you have a partner already?”

You shake your head. “Actually, I also forgot about the project.” You both stare at each other and burst out in laughter.

“So, does that mean you still haven’t got a partner yet?”

You shake your head again. “No.”

“Can you be my partner?”

“Sure.”

Sehun flashes a smile. “Thanks, ~~~~~.  I’ll talk to you later on about the project. Let me just get back to the cafeteria.”
