City Lights

Description

Under the City Lights, we made a promise together. That whatever happens, We're going to protect each other. We're going to be with each other. Can we still be able to do that promise, When the world were against us? Is it really possible to fight for our love, When everything seems out of our control? Can we still be able to love under the City Lights?

Foreword

Hello there! I write this story for Sounds of Melodies [Writing Contest] 2012 of ms Mary517 and KPossible21. Actually this is my first time writing for a writing contest, so I'm really not good with it. Please do read my story! :))

Okay so I was really amazed with Action/Angst Genre in fanfictions. I'm not good writing those stuff (I haven't tried it ye xP) but as part of my experience, i'll try writing action/angst themed fanfiction.

Also, my english isn't really as good as others so just please bear with me!

For the prompt, i choose Cry Cry by T-ARA and Rusian Roulette by Spica.

I love your plot and the twist, obviously. It's brilliant!
About the ending, it was the one that I least expected. I expected them to escape together or die together (for dramatic effect). My third guess was one of them dying and I thought it would be Myungsoo ^^; because in most of the myungber fics, he is the one who dies. And if Myungsoo dies here, Amber would be living with guilt. But you didn't go down this route. I'm not sure how I feel about this, but I'm glad you did it differently to the other authors in terms of who dies between the two.

One thing I would like to address is awhen Amber admits that she is the criminal, her co-workers believe her immediately without questioning? Yes, she has the proof, but after years of working together, shouldn't they be suspicious initially? Also, do they know Myungsoo's her fiance/partner? They should be questioning whether she is bluffing them to save him or actually telling the truth right?

Also, pay attention to your tenses and be consistent with them. ^^ The contest allows you to have a beta-reader right? That would be a good way to go with it.

Although I've seen plots like this, I still love your story ^^ Good luck with the contest! ^^
