Today there had been no schedules for all of SHINee and their manager allowed them to have a day off dance practice .
So they had been able to all laze around to their hearts content,jonghyun and key where out for a meal at one of key’s favourite resteraunts they claimed they needed some “them time”.
onew was in his room,most probably ordering chicken and taemin and minho were in their shared room both listening to music and reading...taemin was engrossed a new volume of his favourite manga and minho was reading a new article about sports.

The song finished ,and inbetween the pause for the new song, taemin heared an extremely deafening loud thunder clash, him  and minho  jumped at the same time,both startled by the random thunder ,however minho shrugged it off and went back to reading his magazine with ease.
Taemin on the other hand was incapable of doing that, lighting soon joined  in with the more frequent thunder crashes and taemin began feeling more and more insecure..he hated admitting it ,but he was scared to death off thunder.
Taemin would always go into panic mode,when he heard it ,and usually someone had to calm him down ..that person was usually key, however key wasn’t here right now..and  the next person to go to was minho,but taemin wasn’t planning on revealing his weaknesses to anybody other than key.

Taemin tried to endure the thunder for a while longer,but every crack was sending him into a deeper panic.
Minho throughout this whole time had been on the other bed, mindlessly reading his magazine and listening to the music,but he was soon drawn out of little world when he saw taemin jolting in the corner of his eye..he paused the music on the speakers and  averted his gaze over to taemin,who was now curled in a ball under the sheets whimpering softly.
minho hardly ever saw a weak side to taemin,afterall  taemin would usually hide any flaws he had and try to deal with any bad situations himself

“t-taemin are you okay?” minho asked, baffled as to what the source of taemin’s sudden behaviour was, however when a loud thunder crash echoed throughout the room and taemin jumped again, minho clicked.
he’s scared of thunder?,i didn’t know this  
Minho thought to himself still taken away by the new fact he had learnt about the maknae.
Taemin and Minho where new roommates, key used to be  Taemin’s roommate however  he wanted to swap with Minho to be with Jonghyun,
because of this  Minho didn’t know that much about Taemins habits or fears.

“Taemin are you scared of the thunder?” minho walked over to taemins bed and sat beside the lump under the duvet,minho watched as taemin violently shook his head
“N-no..hyung” he muttered, but as another thunder bolt could be heard taemin let out a loud  whimper.
“its okay to be scared of thunder mind Taeminie” Minho tried to assure him..
“n-no its n..not” Taemin whined under the duvet.
Minho had enough of speaking to Taemin through a duvet, and pulled the blanket down revealing the frail figure curled up a ball.
taemins eyes were shut tight and his hands where covering his ears,in an attempt to drown out the loud cracks of thunder.

“taemin why didn’t you just tell me?,its honestly fine to be scared of thunder..i mean im  scared of the dark..”minho confessed his fear to taemin,trying to convice the younger that being scared of things was okay.
Taemin slowly opend his eyes to look into minhos,
“a-are you really hyung?” taemin gazed into minho’s eyes  deeply ,trying to figure out whether the older was just lying to make him feel betteror honestly telling the truth.
“Really..ive always been scared of the dark ever since i was little” minho admitted while still holding the youngers gaze ,that second... minho noticed just how beautiful taemins eyes were..and the gaze was held for longer than intended,
taemin soon realised, and broke the gaze, feeling awkward he looked away in an attempt to concentrate on anything other than the olders eyes.
“i-i didn’t know that hyung...i thought you had no fears” taemin confessed ,and chose to sat up,he was feeling a little less scared then he was earlier, he pulled his knees up to his chest and tried to ignore  the rumbling thunder.
he was feeling alot more calm talking to minho,minho  tended to have that affect of him, whenever he was around he felt unusually content.

Minho chuckled a bit at taemins response
 “Taemin,every one has fears no matter how manly or strong they may seem”
Taemins eyes widened bewildered with the olders answer
“I didn’t know that..i don’t feel so bad for being scared of lighting now..”
taemin was now smiling a bit,but that soon went,when another extremely loud thunder crack echoed throughout the room,this time taemin jumped onto minho unintentially  placing his head in minho’s chest,shaking.
minho was startled by taemins sudden action,but went along with it and gently ran his fingers through the youngers fluffy blonde hair hair,not being able to help smiling.
They stayed in that position for a while ,minho running his fingers through taemins hair,successfully calming the younger down..
once taemin seemed fully calm again minho decided that hot chocolate would be a good idea.

“taemin,come,ill make us some cocoa okay?” minho took hold of taemins hand and taemin simply nodded,hiding his blush from the older.
taemin was feeling a sudden rush of butterflies in his stomach ,as they walked hand in hand towards the dorms kitchen..
taemin released minhos hand and took at seat at the kitchen table, contently watching the older as he ran around for the ingredients.
“taeminie,i shall make you my  almighty minhococoa!” minho turned around and made a superman action to go with the sentence, taemin couldn’t help but laugh in response to the older’s dorkiness.
“okay,and there better be marshmellows!” taemin exclaimed..and only a few seconds after saying it he realised  he was showing his true kiddy side to minho,a side that only key had ever seen..but taemin didn’t mind it because minho made him feel happy.

After a few minutes of minho rustling and rushing around the kitchen, he returned to the table with a tray and two mugs both topped with masses of whipped cream ,marshmellows ,flakes and well decorated sprinkles.
Taemin stared at the drinks in amazement and took his off the tray,
“wow minho,who knew a guy like you could make such an amazing hot chocolate!”
taemin couldn’t help but look at the drink in awe.
“what can i say taeminie i am a multitasked kind of person!” minho chuckled then scooped some whipped cream up and smudged it on the youngers nose, before quickly making a brake for it into the living room.
“ohh froggy-hyung !ill get you for that!!” taemin laughed and grabbed the whipped cream can off the counter before following the older .
“commeee anndd ggeeett meeeee~!” minho sang mockingly before running into their room again.
taemin sprinted after him and dummy tackled the older onto the bed..straddling him and spraying the whipped cream all over his face while laughing hysterically!
“got you froggy!!” taemin said in-between his laughter..But since minho was a lot stronger than taemin, he easily slipped out from under youngers grip and changed the positions around.
“Not so smug now are we..!”minho teased while threatening the younger with the whipped cream.
“truce.truce.truce.. okay?!” taemin held his hands up in defeat and tried to calm his laughter.
minho could only chuckle at the younger’s cuteness...
“fine then” minho chuckled out,and their eyes met unintentially..a sudden silence fell upon the two,as the laughter faded out..but the silence was more comfortable then awkward.
 taemin chose to brake the silence first..thinking that he should most probably thank the older .
“minho-hyung...t-thankyou by the way,if it wasn’t for you i’d still be in my  panic mode..” taemin averted his gaze and  fiddled with his fingers,he was feeling extremely nervous for a some reason.
Minho then noticed the position the two were in, him straddled on top of a pinned down taemin, however he thought it was a perfect time to take advantage of it,and  leant down inches away from the now flustered maknae,  gently kissing his sweet, soft lips,..but just as minho was about to pull away the younger kissed back this time deepening the kiss,minho took over and gently bit down on the youngers lip..earning a soft moan,minho took this moment to  gain entry into taemins hot cavern.. he explored the youngers mouth ,it tasted pleasantly sweet like whipped cream and banana milk merged together,minho then pulled away ,proud of the state he left taemin in,the maknae was panting heavily and seemed to be in a deep haze.
minho then leant down again and whispered into his ear
“your welcome”  
taemin however still being in a little of a haze was confused.
“f-for what?”
“did that kiss make you forget things as well now? You thanked me for keeping you out panic mode..”minho teased abit..not being able to help chuckling at the maknae.
The atmosphere was calming and the two felt content with eachother. 
however, although the two new lovers wanted that sweet moment to last forever.. the almighty key diva had to return home some time, and with that their bedroom door slammed open  and a furious key was revealed.
“MINHO .GET.OFF.MY.BABY.NOW!” key gripped minho by the collar and threw him off taemin.
taemin flapped his arms around in a fluster trying to defend minho
“NO key umma its not what it looks like!!!”  He shouted trying to get whatever idea key had in his head out.
