So, my acapella group is doing Sara Bareilles's "Kaleidoscope Heart" and it inspired me to write. I actually wrote this entire thing with Kaleidoscope Heart on repeat. It's very beautiful, you could probably use it as background music as you read.

I put some excerpts from Shakespeare in the beginning. The entire context of this one-shot is that Luhan and Sehun are star-crossed lovers who will never end up together and each time they find each other, without a doubt, they're forced apart and they vow to try again "in the next life".

If you don't know any literature or if you're unfamiliar with the famous classics like Cleopatra and Antony, Tristan and Isolde, Romeo and Juliet, and etc, I strongly suggest reading them. I don't think you need them to understand the one-shot but it helps me because I don't have to explain the concepts or references (I love seeing people go, "AHA!")
