"So, what exactly are we doing again?" Lu Han asked around his grape flavoured lollipop, just one of many Huang Zitao had bribed him with. 

"I need you to teach me Korean. Proper Korean. Not the stuff the company's teaching us." Tao answered, looking seriously at his gege as he pushed his glasses higher up his nose with the hand not clutching a pencil. "I need to be able to talk properly to Minki ah." 

"I like that boy." Lu Han grinned, "he's such a good influence on you. And he annoys Duizhang for me." 

"Xiaolu. Ge. I need help. You're the best at Korean of the four of us. Please help me." Tao whined. 

"Okay!" Lu Han said cheerfully, "but if I help you with this then you have to help me convince Minki ah to help me and Xingxing and Minseokkie to take over the world okay?" 

"I thought Minseok hyung didn't want a part of it?" the younger boy said, scrunching his nose up. 

"Of course he does," Lu Han said, waving a hand dismissively, "he just doesn't want to admit it yet. Now, what do you want to say to the lovely Minki ah?" 

-SceneBreak- 

"Sehunnie~" Tao sang, sprawling across the younger boy and shoving his notebook in his face, "please tell me this only means good things. I don't trust Xiaolu ge." 

"What's it supposed to say?" Sehun grumbled, elbowing Tao sharply in the ribs to make the Chinese boy move. 

"If I knew that I wouldn't have had to ask Xiaolu to teach it to me would I?" 

"Are these pick up lines?" Sehun asked after staring at the page blankly for a few seconds. "Really bad ones might I add." 

"They're supposed to be poetic." Tao pouted. 

"Sure. Poetic. Let's call it that. I assume these are for Minki then?" 

"Of course. Do you think he'll like them?" 

"That kid thinks the sun shines out your , of course he'll like them." Sehun said, rolling his eyes, "I downloaded a movie last night, watch it with me." 

Not five minutes later Tao was clinging to Sehun's arm and whimpering into his shoulder. "You are an awful person." he said loudly and often as the laptop screen flashed from zombies to the blood streaked protagonists and back again.

"Taozi, what are these?" Kris asked sleepily, dumping the notebook into Tao's lap as he sat in the van waiting for everyone to get ready so they could get to the salon and then to their schedules. "and why were they under my pillow?" 

"They're Korean pick up lines and I don't know how they got under your pillow but Xiaolu probably had something to do with it. Or Xingxing. Those two are basically the same anyway." 

"Why did you write out Korean pick up lines and why would they put them under my pillow?" Duizhang was always confused when he first woke up and he obviously hadn't even taken the time to wash his face this morning, bits of sleep gunk still clinging to the corners of his eyes. 

"I got Xiaolu to teach them to me so I can use them on Minki ah to make him smile. And I think it's their way of telling you you need to get laid." 

"Why do you need to use Korean pick up lines on Choi Minki? You two are already dating." 

"It will make him smile" Tao beamed. 

"Did something happen? Has he been sad lately?" 

Tao laughed at his surrogate brother, "you're so silly ge. I don't need any reason to want to make Minki smile other than that he should always smile unless it's for work and it's like a concept or something. That's the only excuse the world has for him to not be smiling at all times." 

Tao was still laughing at Kris' confused face when the others finally arrived at the van. 

"There you two are." Jongdae said, climbing over Tao to sit in the back where he could judge everyone with ease, "Taozi stop laughing at Duizhang's face. I know it's ridiculous but we really don't need him getting self conscious about it while we've still got so many schedules. We don't have any time for him to have a breakdown over his many imperfections right now."

"Naneun dangsin-ui eolgul i neomu aleumdabda saeng-gaghabnida. Naneun botong geugeos-eul haltgo sip-eo ." Tao said to Minki the next time he saw him, smiling broadly at the boy. They were at Nu'est's dorm for once, their manager out with Jonghyun and Minhyun at a schedule so the only ones at the dorm were people already in the know. 

Dongho stopped prattling on to Aaron hyung about the shape of Uee's eyebrow and how it revealed her inner strength to stare at the Chinese boy. 

"What did you just say?" he asked disbelievingly. 

Tao repeated himself, still smiling at his boyfriend who was giggling helplessly into his shoulder. 

"Do you even know what that means?" Aaron asked, his eyebrows twitching. "Wait. does it even mean what I think it means?" he asked Dongho. 

"It does." Dongho said at the same time Tao said "of course!" 

"I got Lu Han to translate some pick up lines into Korean for me to make Minki smile." Tao explained cheerfully. 

"I think something got lost in translation." Dongho said faintly. 

"Of course it didn't!" Tao said, his eyes wide and innocent, "Minki's smiling isn't he?" 

Aaron's hand on Dongho's arm stopped him from protesting again. "Just leave it." He said, "leave the boy to his delusions." 

"He's the same age as you hyung." Dongho pointed out as they stared at the couple sitting on the couch. Minki was making Tao teach him pick up lines in Chinese. 

"He's in love though, it makes everyone a child. Or it should anyway." Aaron said fondly. 

"Ni shi wode xin." Minki said, stumbling over tones but beaming at Tao's proud smile. 

"Yeah, I guess you're right." Dongho sighed. "Hyung did you notice that Uee noona's legs are just the right length to show off how..."

Minki said "you are my heart" (你是我的心, again any errors are mine) btw. Because while Lu Han likes messing with everyone Tao is a ridiculous little cheesy (but so is Minki so it's all good)

So yeah. No idea when the next part of this will be out but I might add on a few cute drabbles every now and again when the mood strikes. I hope you liked it. The drabbles will all be fluffy I promise to make up for everything else that I'll be writing in thie AU for the forseeable future.
