Soyu shared, "As I prepared for the album and CFs, I naturally thought of the idea to go on a diet. I worked out while watching my meals, but I didn't do any aerobic exercise."
"When I work out, there are areas that I want to lose weight in and parts that I don't, so I didn't do much aerobic exercise. I find great satisfaction in carrying heavy barbells while I work out. I worked out a lot."
"I stopped eating salty foods and limited my intake of carbohydrates. I would sometimes do 1 meal a day, and when I would get hungry, I would eat eggs or sweet potatoes."
