“I can´t fool you anymore, huh?” He murmurs with a fake smile.

Your eyes narrow at this. That makes you think he has been faking smiles a lot and you suddenly wonder who this person is. It seems as if the image you had of him was totally wrong: he might not be that supper happy and carefree guy you thought he was.  He tricked you with that smile.
