I check myself on the mirror, making sure that I don't wear too thick powder or lipstick. I fix my bangs with my fingers before I finally walk out from the bathroom.
I grab my black cardigan and head out from my apartment. My phone vibrates right when I just locked the door.
Woohyun
"I'm already downstairs but take your time. Will be waiting for you~ ^^"
Wow, he even arrived before the time but I guess all guys do the same during the earlier days in a relationship. At least that what my experience told me.
They act all sweet with the dates, gifts, and everything but after months men reveal their true colors. The ignorant, annoying, and heartless nature are all in one.
I know I don't have any right to judge them like that when I act like one but at least I do this while knowing the consequences... and I have my own purpose.
The fact that it looks like guys can do whatever they want to their girlfriends makes me sick.
This thought is not mine only; that's why the girls asked me the requests to give some guys lessons to learn.
"Oppa," I greet him with my brightest smile. I approach him and receive a warm smile as the return from Woohyun.
"You look beautiful today," he compliments me and I can see his cheeks are blushing slightly. Does that mean the compliment is a sincere one?
No. It's not possible.
I need to focus on today's date. My mood was at the worst state since days ago because of Sunggyu. I can't blame Hoya even though he is the one who made me look bad in Sunggyu's eyes.
That day after the meeting Woohyun didn't meet up with me. He sent me a text message, telling me that he had something to do with Sunggyu and he promised he would make it up on our date.
I'm not mad at him. Actually I'm worried about what Sunggyu would tell him after he read Hoya's message for me. Though I can be relieved now because Woohyun still agrees to go on a date with me today.
Hoya still hasn't given up with telling me to stop continuing this 'assignment'. He told me to cancel the date or tell Woohyun the truth on the date, which is impossible for me to do.
I have some ethics to hold even though it's not a real job for me. I don't even get payment for these kind of assignments.
Hoya will definitely kill me if I take money for granted. He said that it would turn my image really, really bad. When he said really, I know he meant it.
Imagine you know a girl who goes around taking requests to give a lesson for a guy and she is paid for that. Doesn't sound really nice, does it?
I guess it's just my interest. It's just a thing I want to do during my spare time. It's just...
I don't know. A revenge, perhaps.
"The chocolate milkshake here is the recommended menu. Want to try?" Woohyun looks up from his menu book. "I'll try the strawberry milkshake if you want the chocolate."
"Ah, sure," I fake a smile and order french fries for us. I want to order the blended Iced Cappucino but I'll go with whatever he chooses for now.
I observe him as he confirms our order with the waiter once again. His face beams with happiness and a question crosses my mind again. The exactly same question I've been thinking since the day he confessed to me.
Why do I have a feeling that Woohyun doesn't deserve to have his heart broken by me?

"So there is this man," Hyomin started the explanation about her request for me. "His name is Nam Woohyun. This is his picture."
She showed me a picture of a man on her phone. The guy was smiling happily to the camera and he was holding a sweater in his hand. There was a birthday cake next to him.
"Woohyun is...," Hyomin stopped for seconds and continued again, "...my ex-boyfriend."
I nodded while my brain tried to remember his face, listening to her words, "He is currently working at Eungeum Art School as a teacher for vocal class."
"Eungeum?" I repeated the word because I remembered exactly that Hoya was working there as well. It's a prestigious art school and Hoya had worked really hard for years so he could work there after we graduated.
"Yes, Eungeum," Hyomin confirmed. "He was a senior for me at college. He was a mentor and we were really close back then. After a month he started to draw distance from me, saying things that we were never in love."
I could see she clenched her fists but she continued, "It happened around six months ago and I heard about your good deeds so I think... Well, Woohyun deserves a good lesson from you."
I propped my chin on my palm and looked at Woohyun's picture. Funny how he looked so innocent but he could break someone's heart so easily.
Senior at college. Mentor who had a close relationship. The words reminded me of the past.
"I was trying to hold on but all he ever wanted was to let go...," Hyomin bit her bottom lip and a tear rolled down on her cheek. "It's hurt... Really hurt..."
I rubbed the back of my neck awkwardly, feeling uneasy with having a girl cried in front of me. I was never good in handling emotional people.
"I wonder...," I handed over a tissue for her, "...which one is worse?"
Hyomin blinked with confusion, waiting for the continuation of my question. I smiled sheepishly, "Being the one with the broken heart or being the person who breaks the hearts?"
I didn't really ask for the answer because I knew the answer already. My heart had been broken once and I had broken some hearts before.
I was a normal human and I did feel guilty but when I saw Leeteuk went on with his life as if I never existed in his life, I became careless about their hearts.
Life was never fair and one person like me wouldn't change the world.
"I'll contact you if there is any progress," I leaned comfortably to the chair. "It will take a while but please be patient."
"Eh? So you've agreed?" Hyomin's eyes widened in shock. "Really? Is it alright? Is it possible?"
I smirked, "I'll take his heart. I'll break his heart. I'll leave his heart in pieces."
That time I never thought that everything could be real complicated.

I take a bite of my pizza without taking my eyes off of Eunye. She is taking another sip of her chocolate milkshake slowly, staring at the table blankly.
Minutes have passed since our order came but all we were talking is about work. Her class, my class, our colleagues.
How can I lead the conversation into the topic about our relationship?
After Sunggyu gave me a brief warning about Eunye, I decided to listen to him for once because I didn't want to worry him. That's why I also told him to believe me for today's date.
All I told him is I would take care of myself because I couldn't lie that my heart goes to Eunye all the way and I can't help it.
"Eunye...," I clear my throat nervously and look at her, "...do you mind if I ask you a question?"
"No," she retorts and smiles. "What is it, Oppa?"
Looking at her smile, I don't believe she has a heart to lie so smooth when she is right in front of me. She looks so innocent that I really think Sunggyu just jumped into his own conclusions.
"I'm just curious...," I grin awkwardly, hoping that she will be alright if I bring up this topic. "Do you mind telling me more about your past? Love experiences, perhaps?"
I immediately regret my question when her smile disappears. She reaches out her hand to drink again but she just puts the edge of the glass near her lips.
There are seconds of silence before her phone, which she puts on the table, suddenly vibrates. Eunye grabs the phone to see the caller's name.
"I need to take it," she suddenlys stands up, giving me a quick smile. "I'll be right back. Excuse me."
"Oh, sure," that's all I manage to say to her before she walks away, heading to the corridor which will lead to the restroom for the customers.
"Aigoo, Woohyun, you're so stupid!" I mess my hair and sigh. "I shouldn't have asked her that way..."
I really need to think about how to turn the mood into a better one again after Eunye returns. Unfortunately my brain doesn't work properly because of a sudden chaos from the restroom's direction.
I can hear girls' scream and all of the customers turn to look at the direction but see nothing. Three waiters rush to the source of noise and since I'm pretty sure Eunye is around the area, I decide to check it.
My eyes widen in shock when I see two girls are hitting someone with their handbags. One of them hits him endlessly, "Stalker! ert! Immoral! How could you sneak inside ladies' room?!"
The waiters quickly separate the girls and the guy, trying to maintain the situation. Eunye steps out from the restroom with small steps, taking a peek of what is going on.
"Eunye, are you alright?" I ask her with concern. "What happened?"
"You should ask him," she glares at the guy who is wearing black knit hat and sunglasses even though we're inside a luxurious restaurant. He even wears long trenchcoat as if it's winter.
I tilt my head as I observe his face. The waiters let go of his arms when the guy struggles to massage his shoulder which is hit by the girls. He looks up to take off his sunglasses and groans, "Aish, it hurts!"
My eyes widen in shock when I see the face of the suspect who is accused for sneaking into ladies' room.
"Gyu Hyung?!"
