Just For Today

Description

The Hunger Games are now two days in and it's a miracle that I'm still alive. It's been brutal these past couple of days and even though I'm in no fit shape to win, I refuse to let myself die. But when somebody else that has a good chance of surviving the Games is in dire need of help, I ask myself the question: should I give him some ephemeral assistance or watch him fall?

Foreword

I did this because I needed something to pass the time before watching Inkigayo. This is a response to MusicChibi's drabble challenge, Write Like The Wind. I chose prompt five, which requires the incorporation of the word 'ephemeral' into the drabble. I /just/ read the first book of the Hunger Games and I am in love with it, so I decided to base the drabble off of it. I hope you guys enjoy reading this short piece of work and I'll try to be back soon with more one-shots for all of you to enjoy. Enjoy!
