Flawed and Perfect

"Park Jungsu-shii! Please wait up, let me explain myself!"

No. Never.

It irks him how she had used his real name when he gave her no such permission to do so.
Rarely does he ever allow anyone other than the people who know him best address him by it.
He sighs. As burdensome as it is, he has to keep in mind that he has an image to protect. The
image of the professional, calm and polite Leeteuk that is greatly admired by fellow idols; both
hoobaes and sunbaes. But Jungsu doesn't want to be Leeteuk in this moment. Jungsu wants to
yell at her, scream and ask why she would do such a thing to someone so precious to him.

But he can't, not when her shouts have attracted the attention of almost each and every one
of the crew members of their virtual married life variety show present. He turns to face her,
taking in the completely frazzled and flushed face etched with a hint of hurt in front of him.
He groans internally, knowing he is most likely to apologize to her soon afterwards, when he has
calmed down.

"What is it, Kang Sora-shii?"

His voice comes out like a growl and she visibly takes a step back defensively; shocked. He
clenches his fists till his knuckles grow white, attempting to smother his anger.

"Isn't that Leeteuk-shii?"

"Isn't that Sora-shii with him?"

"Omo, are they really a couple now?"

"I think so! They look good together"

He hears the whispers erupt all around him. In their eyes, he is the respectable Leeteuk.

Leeteuk, the man who leads one of the hallyu wave's most popular idol group, Super Junior.
Leeteuk, the man who posseses the god-given MC-ing skills. Leeteuk, the forever cheerful man
that rarely gets angry. Leeteuk, the man who is comfortable with his idol status and treats his
fans like friends.

Leeteuk, the man who secretly likes Kang Sora.

"I'm really sorry about what I did to her. I just got defensive of you."

Then why apologize to me?

"You should really apologize to her, Sora-shii."

He watches as she fidgets under his intense gaze. He can tell that she has no intention of doing so,
that she is looking for a reason not to.

"I'm sorry, but I can't do that. She insulted you! I simply asked her what her view of you was. She
said you were a person full of flaws. And she repeated it over and over again. I couldn't just sit
there and let her say those things. I still can't believe I slapped her but she shouldn't have-"

She is cut off by his sarcastic chuckle, low enough for only them both to hear. She looks at him,
confused as he leans in.

"Well to me, that is the ultimate compliment."

Shock is evident on her face and her body becomes rigid. It takes her a while to recover before
asking him why.

"Why? Because she knows me well enough to realise that I am flawed. It reminds me that there are
still people like her, people who prefer the flawed Park Jungsu as opposed to the seemingly perfect
Leeteuk. And I am thankful she finds me flawed."

He walks away from her, ignoring her protests. After all, She is calling for Leeteuk. But he isn't there
at the moment; Jungsu is.

The Jungsu who takes care of his brothers, all 14 of them. The Jungsu who works for days without sleep
to perfect every variety show he participates in. The Jungsu who borders along the line of depression and
is constantly infuriated by his own self. The Jungsu who works harder everytime to improve, forever grateful
and respectful to his fans.

Jungsu, the man who loves Kim Taeyeon; the woman who embraces his flaws.
