Another day at the coffee shop and not much people came, as usual. You start your day bright and cheerful hoping for a better day but...it hasn't come yet. When you were about to go to the storage room, a customer came in.

"Welcome to the Java Coffee Shop", you said as you bowed down and showed the customer a bright smile. You noticed that he didn't respond but just shrugged it off since he is a customer. As you looked at him, you could clearly see that he's tall, but the hoodie that he was wearing covered his face so you couldn't see him in any way.

You went to take his order when he turned and gave you a smile. You were so shocked because you just haven't seen anyone so handsome in your whole life. He had these brown orbs that when you looked at it, you would literally melt in your place, his bright smile lit up the room at once, and his brown locks were so soft that you'd want to tangle your fingers in them. You didn't realize that you were staring at him when he suddenly spoke.

“uhm…hi?”, he said in his rich deep voice.

You couldn’t help but blush because of embarrassment. You took his order and just continued to do your job as if nothing had happened. As you were making the coffee he ordered, you can’t help but feel that someone was staring at you. You turned to him and you could see him still looking straight at you. You felt blood rise to your cheeks and immediately turned away. You tried to make his order but him staring was making it really difficult.

Giving him his order was the hardest part. Your hands were shaking as you walked up to him. He was still smiling and looking at you.

You put the coffee on the table and as you were about to turn away…the guy spoke, but he didn’t lose his smile. “You’re cute”

“t—thank y-you” you stuttered, another one of your habits, this was definitely not your lucky day.

“You own this shop?” he asked before you could get away

“well…yes. Y-yes I do” you answered him. He ushered for you to sit down in front of him and you couldn’t deny his offer. There weren’t any customers except for him anyways.

“I’m Jinki by the way” he beamed at you and attempted to shake your hand, instead he bumped the sugar on the table spilling it. He immediately grabbed a napkin and started wiping the sugar when he hit his knee under the table. Jinki let out a faint cry as he clutched his knee, still holding the napkin.

‘ahhh….so he’s like this. He’s so cute’ you thought to yourself. You couldn’t help but to chuckle in amusement. Hearing you chuckle, he looked at you and came back to reality. He smiled sheepishly and introduced himself again. He grabbed your hand and shook it successfully missing the creamer at the side.

Customers came and went but he still stayed there just staring at you and took small sips of his coffee as if saving it. You always went back to his table and talked to him when you didn’t need to do anything. Without noticing the time, the sun was already about to set as you two talked and shared more things about each other.

It was 6pm when he looked at his watch and scratched his head. “uhh…it’s already late. I gotta go. See you again tomorrow?” he smiled and turned to leave but tripped on his invisible shoe laces on his way out.

“Are you alright?” you asked trying not to laugh but failed as you saw him bump into the glass door.

This was definitely not an ordinary day.
