C-ute is a female jpop group who took the audition in 2002 when they were in elementary school. Only 15 people passed the audition out of 27,958 people. 8 people joined Berryz Kobou, while the remaining formed a group called C-ute in 2005. The members of C-ute are Umeda Erika, Yajima Maimi, Murakami Megumi, Nakajima Saki, Suzuki Airi, Okai Chisato and Hagiwara Mai. Tsunku who is the producer of Hello Project (Agency) decided Arihara Kanna from Hello Project Egg would join C-ute. Unfortunatley right now,Murakami Megumi and Arihara Kanna had a scandal of having a boyfriend since the agency is very strict about people having relationships and forced to leave their group. Umeda Erika didn't have a scandal but, she had a graduation so that her dream would come true to become a fashion model.
