Known for it’s beautiful buildings, rich heritage, and ability to produce world-famous patisseries, St. Marie Academy has extended into several branches across the world. Of course, this isn’t just an academy that you can dilly-dally in. This is an academy for those who are aiming to be a professional patisserie.
Being a patisserie is not just about generic cakes and pies. Each student might have their own specialty, but St. Marie Academy strives to expand their students’ knowledge – even to non-baking desserts such as gelato.

reliable and thoughtful, she’s the “leader” of the group. As the oldest, she is responsible and mature. She is rather perceptive, and has a good knack at guessing what others are thinking. However, she can be blunt and harsh as well – just like dark chocolate and white chocolate.

fresh and cheery, she is full of bright smiles. Hyper and energetic, she is just like the tanginess of a fresh orange. Her smiles always manage to brighten up others’ days. Although she's not the youngest, she whines and pouts, giving her the role of the "baby" in the group.

shy and quiet, she is a lady-like girl. Being proper and polite, her words and actions are graceful. However, she tends to be a worrywart and often has low self-esteem. On the outside, she always acts in a refined manner, like the beautiful traditional desserts of Korea.

playful and alluring, she is the life of the party. She can hold alcohol easily, and is seen as the party girl of the group due to her glamorous looks. She's rather laid-back and full of fun and tricks. However, she can be rather hot-tempered at times. In short, she’s sweet with a pinch of spice.

quirky and dorky, she’s creates some rather odd flavored creations. Regardless, she has the kindest heart in the entire group. Her habits and hobbies tend to be rather odd, and she tends to ramble to herself. She might be an outcast in the school, but is dearly loved by the rest of her group.
