329 rushes to reach the Karin Tower, a seemingly lifeless 221 perched on her back.

"Don’t die on me, 221!" The android cries. Tears flew off from the speed of her flight. 

She never thought that these ducts were still functional as an android.

She speeds up even more and soon reaches the top, the cat peeking curiously with his staff. 

"She needs a Senzu!" 

Karin recognizes the unconscious woman, but not the other injured one giving her orders. 

"Hurry!"

Terrified, Karin falls on his back but immediately runs to get a couple of the magic beans down his quarters. Kids these days can be impolite but he knows he is no match for the anonymous woman bringing her former student.

Just what trouble did Son get herself into this time? 

As if his day could not get weirder, the anonymous one had no Ki. He could feel Son’s, albeit faint. 

"Here!" Karin tosses a Senzu to the waiting woman.

He has his reservations but seeing how scared the unknown woman is as she holds Son’s unresponsive body... 

She couldn’t be that bad. His feline senses told him so.

"Here… you’re okay… you’re okay…"

The woman fed Son the Senzu, fingers shaking as she did. 

Tears dropped on her tattered clothes prompting a spark.

An android?

Karin has seen their kind from long ago. The very first android guarding the muscle tower. He gave Son Goku a run for his money but thankfully, the Saiyan kid pulled through.

And then there was 8. A strong powerful man, altered. With a gentle heart waiting to explode, thanks to the safety bomb planted as a precaution.
