This story takes place in a faraway nation where all the population are women.

They can populate because some women are gifted with the "thing" they use to impregnate other women. Women who have that thing are called AXIS, and women who can conceive are called Ordinary.

The nation can only be ruled by an Empress who is an Axis with pureblood and a direct descendant of the most powerful warrior who stood still waving the First Nation's flag after the first war.
