Part Of Me; ♥

Description

I'ts Eunhye's junior year at Mayfair High School. She thought she'd be focusing on getting straight A's, editing the literary magazine, and figuring out how to talk to boys without choking on her own saliva. Instead, she's just trying to hold it together in the face of cutthroat academics, her crush's new girlfriend, and the sense that things are going irreversibly wrong with her best friend, Song Hwayoung.

When Hwayoung starts making choices that Eunhye can't even begin to fathom, Eunhye has no idea how to set things right between them. Mayfair girls are trained for success — but how can Eunhye keep her junior year from being one huge epic failure?

"The higher you aim, the farther you fall."

Foreword

So wherever I am, there's always Pooh,

There's always Pooh and Me.

"What would I do?" I said to Pooh,

"If it wasn't for you," and Pooh said: "True,

It isn't much fun for One, but Two,

Can stick together," says Pooh, says he.

"That's how it is," says Pooh.

My Junior Year To-Do List
— By; Yang Eun Hye

1. Get a perfect score on my PSATs.

2. Get A-minuses or better in all my classes.

3. Do many awesome projects with Hwayoung.

(Note; Projects must be awesomer than anything we did last year.)

4. Improve this school's literary magazine. At least to the point where I don't have to pretend like I am not really the editor; like the editor is someone else who happens to share my name (huge coincidence).

5. Pass my driving test.

6. Maybe become famous for something, so that people everywhere will respect me?

7. Make L.Joe fall in love with me.

June's Mini-Corner;
Hi there! This is not my original idea. I recently bought a book, and the title is "Mostly Good Girls". It's an amazing book and it's worth reading like, forever. Trust me. So, I decided to share the story here on AFF. I'm not plagiarizing, I'm just sharing it. But I changed the title, the casts, the school's name, and well a few things in the story from my original idea. So you see, I'm not completely writing all the exact words from the book. ^^;; "Mostly Good Girls" is written by Leila Sales. She's an inspirational writer, she's one of the best authors that I've known. Don't miss out on her second book; "Past Perfect". And check out her website! ;D
