“You okay?” Eun Hye hands you half red coloured ‘water’ in a cup

“Where did you get this?” you hold your head

“Don’t ask.” she hands you the blood. You took it and sip it down

“Thanks.” you wipe your mouth

“What happened back then?” she looks concerned

“I don’t know, it’s just that I heard a loud screeching sound and it almost killed me to hear it.” you sigh

“Do you think it has to do with L?” she suddenly ask

“What? Why?” you gave her a baffled look

“Because twice it happened and twice it was with him.” she crosses her arms

“No, he’s just a normal human rite? Why would I feel that?”

“Yeah, that’s the question… Why would you?” she said

“But, he is different almost everytime I met him, sometimes he’s cold and ignorant but sometimes he turns out to be a talkative and proud guy.” you started “Is he bipolar or something.”

“Weird, I’m not really close to him so I don’t know. What did you guys talk about?”

“Nothing much, he just asks where I lived but I didn’t get to answer.” you replied

“I have a bad feeling about him, just stay away from him today. Should I call Dong Woon to pick you up?” she asks

“No, I’ll be fine.” you shake your head

Next day,

You got to school and you were talking to Eun Hye and Bora when suddenly, L approaches you.

“Hey.” he goes

“Hey.” you gave him a weird look

“Sorry about yesterday.” he looks at Eun Hye “I have nothing to do with it.” he said but his face was expressionless; not like what he was yesterday

“It’s okay, sorry for shouting at you.” Eun Hye replies back

“How’s your head?” he turns to you

“Fine.” you answered; a little awkward

“Can we walk to class together?” he looks down, his face slightly turn pink

“Yeah, okay.” you shut your locker
