Fated is a story revolved around Tanaka Ainosuke, a genious young doctor from Hakumei. He had dedicated himself to create a proper end for his parents' love story, the last king of Hakumei, Yamada Ryosuke and the lost queen, Shida Mirai.

Once his goal was successfully achieved, he then embarked on another life changing journey. Departed to Kingdom of Kyoukai with his newlywedded wife, Nakajima Akari, he would challenge himself to grow more. His life would intertwined with many prominent figures of the world.

Love, friendship, and loyalty. He would understand the true meaning of those words as he fight along his friends and families.
