This is ridiculous. We're all here, Suyeon's just told us we need to talk about what just happened, but no one wants to say anything. Finally, Lucy speaks up: "Well, since no one else seems to want to, I guess I'll go first: I want us to vote on a new leader for the group." That certainly put an end to no one wanting to talk. Some of them want an immediate vote, some of them want no vote, some of them want a vote, but only after discussion. I don't think anything useful's going to get accomplished either way, so I just watch to see what happens. After a couple of minutes of everyone trying to talk over each other, somehow Lucy manages to get everyone's attention and they fall silent to hear what she has to say. "I'm not saying that Suyeon hasn't done a good job of our leader," she begins, even though we all know that's exactly what she's trying to say, "and I know some of you think she should automatically be the leader because she's the oldest unnie. But given what's happen over the last few days, I don't know that I trust her to always use her leadership position strictly for the good of the group, and I'm sure there are some of you who feel the same way. I don't think those feelings should be ignored, and that's why I think we ought to have a vote - so that even if Suyeon is elected to say our leader, she'll know that some of the members are unhappy wit her-" "Like I don't know that already," Suyeon grumbles. Lucy stops and glares at her for a moment - if this is Lucy after she's calmed down some, I'd hate to see her when she's full-on angry - and then she goes on taking. "SOME of the members are unhappy with her. Maybe even most - that's why we need to hold a vote." "I think we need to hold a vote too," Sei says - because of course she's got to jump to Suyeon's defense now - "so that some people can see that most of the members still trust Suyeon." "Or maybe they don't," Rina chimes in. I groan a little - Rina and I really have enough drama to deal with, without her jumping into the middle of this Lucy-Sei-Suyeon triangle. Sei turns her attention to Rina. 'Oh please. You know as well as I do that Lucy's calling for this vote for strictly personal reasons, so don't pretending she's acting strictly for the good of the group. IF you want to be made at somebody, be mad at me - I'm the one who broke up with Lucy, not Suyeon." "No, but without her you'd have no reason to break up with Lucy. Anyway, don't worry - I'm quite capable for being angry with both of you at the same time." After she finishes saying this, Rina flops back in the couch and folds her arms, seething. I reach over and put my arm around her, trying to calm her down. "Well, I think-" Doyeon began, but she was cut off by the doorbell. Everyone gets quiet and looks around, while Doyeon goes to answer the door. Were we loud enough that the neighbors called Manager-nim? Are we all about to get in trouble? If the whole group ends up getting on restriction because of this Lucy-Sei-Suyeon bull, I'm going to be so pissed. We're all trying to head what's going on at the door, but Doyeon and whoever she's talking to are too quiet. Just then Doyeon walks back in, carrying a package wrapped in brown paper. We all breath a sigh of relief that apparently it wasn't Manager-nim or someone else from Fantagio at the door. Doyeon tosses the package in Yoojung's lap, saying "It's for you," on her way back to h
