Here's simple snippet of Karina and Winter's life as they go through their journey as a student. I thought this wasn't necessary but it will be up to you. Medyo nagkakaroon na naman ako ng writer's block but I just didn't want to leave Boston behind since I've already formed a bit of a plan for this one.   I'm still not very familiar with working jobs yet as I've not experienced having one. I apologize for any inaccuracies.

I sigh deeply as I lay down on my bed. 

Kakauwi ko lang dahil hinatid ko pa si Karina kahit hindi ko naman obligasyon. Well, binayaran niya naman ako kahit na I'm off duty. Pang gas daw. 

Late na rin, buti na lang hindi maaga ang klase ko bukas. 

I've been meeting her countless times lately, and it's not that I find our constant meeting weird but it's something unusual that have happened so suddenly. 

Parang binigyan niya ng gulo ang routine ko sa buhay, but I'm yet to see what kind of mess she's starting. I shouldn't be curious, but I find myself actually letting her to know what she'll do to my life...

I woke up with the sudden sound of my alarm. Usually, kapag nagigising ako sa alarm ko ay naiinis talaga ako. Although wala rin naman akong magagawa kasi ako nag set nun. Pero kasi, I'm having a beauty rest, hello?? 

But today is a different day! 

I woke up with a smile on my face, giggling like I'm some kind of idiot. Wala lang, just appreciating the kindness Winter has been giving me for the past three days... 

 

It's really rare to cross paths with someone continously. I wonder tuloy, kung makikita ko pa ba ulit siya? It's not always naman na kailangan kong mag Grab, and I'm kind of saving money for now so, no online shopping. I rarely go to convenient stores too... 

Since I didn't want to ruin my smile for this day, hindi ko na lang iisipin pa 'yun. The world is small nga, ika nila.

Weeks have passed and it's all been hectic. Ang daming ginagawa, and the midterm exams are coming. Me, as a student who values her studies, syempre mas focused ako doon. Most of the time, nakakahanap ako ng oras gumawa ng kung ano-ano but not when I know there's something important that I need to focus more on. 

 

I'm with Giselle right now as we're both finishing up our pendings and tasks before we go on to review for midterms. Silence fills the room and the only thing that will be heard are the fast sounds of our fingers typing onto our laptop keyboards, our eyes focused on the screen, searching and typing. 

 

At times we would feel tired and rest for a while, and we find ourselves enjoying our company as we talk about anything that we could think of at that moment. Nothing special, just friends enjoying esch other's company as we focus on our studies.

For the nth time, pagod na ako. It's always been like this, I'd work if I have time, but once the schedule with the school is becoming too hectic for me to handle, I'd focus myself on studying than to work. It's good that I have enougn money saved. I have jobs that gives me flexible working hours so that isn't so much of a problem. 

 

But spending time studying is also tiring. I feel like it's more draining than my work since at least I get to see the light of the day, work in the real world, interact with people on daily basis. Not just reading textbooks, preparing presentations, analysing essays, stud
