They're human and not all idols are angels, some made mistakes and some are just trash. be who you want, bud 
 
03 : fIRSTLY I HATE MAKING THINGS MANDATORY - I REALLY do BUT IN ORDER FOR YOU TO FEEL WANTED AND To make friends, admins will be pairing you up with penpals every month. It's mandatory for you to answer back because I know there's shy people or people that are just too used to their life that they don't want to break out OF their shellS. So you must talk to your penpal ONCE every WEEK.
