Age limit: We only accept faceclaims as well as members of age. Any idols that were born after 2002 will be rejected. Please provide evidence for influencers.

Faceclaim: All faces in the korean entertainment industry are welcomed. Faceclaims that are deceased, involved in controversies, those who have not asked to roleplay, those who are married will not be accepted. Influencers must have 250k to be accepted.

Triggers: Explicit images, context and such are asked to keep either in private or in our chats. Any triggering and/or sensitive topics are not allowed to be discussed in the main group chats.

Cliques and bans: It is inevitable to have friend groups, however we require all members to try and be active and inclusive of new arriving members. Please respect each other, no bullying, triggering discussions, face-chasing, otp chasing, and limit the selective replies and cliques. In general, no drama of any kind allowed. This is supposed to be a welcoming and safe community. Any issues involving this will be approached by the admin team.

Mixing: It is easy to mix ooc and ic in this environment, but please try to prevent this as much as possible. If the talk gets too ooc, please include brackets. We prohibit any drama from other roleplays being brought into our roleplay.

Hiatus: Hiatus are for 2 weeks and semi-hiatus are 4 weeks. Ask for an extension if needed. For a semi-hiatus, you need to be active at least once a week. pxw: your favorite ghibli film, or one you want to watch.

CC: T/CC can only be done two weeks after you have arrived. TCC lasts for 3 days. There is a cool down of one week. CC's cooldown will last two weeks.

Relationships: No dating ban, all is welcomed. Anything is allowed from marriages to pregnancy. However, we do not allow the use of ulzzang babies/children or any form of roleplaying them in public. We do not allow mpreg.

Activity: Activity is required. hanami runs by a weekly activity check. member will need to fill out our activity form AND appear in the GC to continue your stay. There are five (5) different ways to pass this. our main requirement is to be active twice (2) a week in our main GCs. This includes both KKT and Discord (only main and games is counted). more ways will be provided in our announcement group under our document.

Discord: The server provided is completely optional. However, it will be provided and is highly recommended to join, as our main source of activity and games will be on this server due to the kkt strict restrictions.

Respect: We would also like to remind everyone to be kind and respectful of one and another. We, as admins, do not want to be imposing which is why we're lenient on most things. This does not validate being rude to us or to any of our members. We reserve the rights to remove members in situations where we deem necessary. In most severe cases, you will be banned from joining Hanami again in the future.

Final notes: Please inform us of any changes. This incldues CC, TCC, Hiatuses, as well as relationship statuses. We cannot add you to lists/approve of anything if you don't inform us so please do so to be verfied.
