Winter's

I was tapping my foot impatiently while sitting sprawled on the couch and playing with the rubik's cube na inabot sa akin ni Giselle kaninang pumasok ako sa office ng Student Council, to keep me entertained daw pero ang dali naman buuin nito? It was starting to piss me off. I'm here at Karina Yoo's office, may separate office siya rito, pa special masyado.

I have no intention of going here but papasok pa lang ako kanina ay hinarang na ako ng guard at sinabing ie- ako papunta sa opisina ng SC president. I politely declined naman pero sino ba naman ako para tumanggi? It's not as if this is a free country. 

I innocently asked why dahil may I.D naman ako at naka-uniform kahit ngayon kahit labag sa kalooban ko. Utos daw iyon ni Karina dahil hindi ako pumunta kahapon nang sabihan niya akong pumunta sa opisina niya. Ayoko nga kasi?

Itong babaeng 'to halatang hindi sanay na hini-hindian, pina- pa talaga ako, umagang-umaga umiinit ang ulo ko. Wala naman siyang sinasabi at tuloy lang sa kung ano man ang ginagawa niya, mag-iisang oras na ako rito at malapit na rin magsimula ang klase ko.

"Karina," I called.

Deadma pa rin si bakla. "Karina Yoo," tawag ko ulit but baby satan did not even spare me a single glance. 

Napipikon ako.

"Karina Azrael Yoo."

She looked up sharply at me. Noon lang ito nag-angat ng tingin mula sa ginagawa.

"It's your name," I shrugged. "Pinapunta mo lang ba ako rito para inisin? I've been sitting here for almost an hour, busy akong tao, bilisan mo na kung ano man ang sasabihin mo." Naiinis na turan ko.

Sumandal ito sa swivel chair niya at pinagmasdan ako. Nakipagtitigan naman ako sa kanya. Akala ba niya nakaka-intimidate siya? She looks like a kitten to me. 

Well...she is intimidating pero galit ako.

"Busy doing what? Half of these papers here on my table right now are written complaints about you," she picked up some papers and read them one by one. "Winter Julian Kim, not wearing complete and proper uniform, loitering, littering, talking back to the professors, tardiness---"

I listened in awe. Ginawa ko lahat ng 'yon? Nakaka-proud?

"---cutting classes, consumption of food and drinks in class, running around the cafeteria. And we're only on our third week of classes." She recited my offenses, eyebrows raised. 

Tumango-tango ako. "Sorry na?"

She rolled her eyes, "Kim, I don't need your apology. I need you to behave yourself and not give me any problems. Seriously, you're starting to look like a manifestation of my nightmares."

I walked around her desk and stood on the side of her chair, humarap naman ito sa'kin, looking a bit offended that I intruded on her space. "Well, satan, ang dami-daming ibang estudyante rito bakit ako pinag-iinitan mo? Obsessed much? Do you have a crush on me or something? Like, find someone else to obsessed over." I flipped my hair, mabuti na lang at sarado and pintuan sa office niya kung hindi ay rinig na kami sa labas.

She stood up and faced me. Face unreadable, "will it really be terrible to follow simple school rules and behave yourself? You're not a child."

"Yes, it will. Rules are meant to be broken after all, not all of us can be goody-two-shoes and stiff like you," pang-iinsulto ko.

There was a brief flash of something that I refused to identify that passed through her eyes but it was only so briefly I might as well imagined it.

Karina reached out and properly buttoned my uniform, I stook a small step back but she pulled me by my necktie, I think I stopped breathing.

"What the do you think you're doing, Yoo?" Nakakunot noong tanong ko.

"Shut up," masungit niyang sagot pagkatapos ay ang necktie ko naman ang inayos niya. Then my necktie.

Ew. Ang proper.

"Do you do this sa lahat ng mga estudyanteng dinadala mo rito sa office mo or am I really special?" I teased and tilted my head to the side slightly. "Do you like me?"

"You annoy me," Karina replied in an almost breathless voice. She pushed me against the wall and put her arms on either side of my head, effectively trapping me.

I instinctively backed away, knowing there's only a cold wall behind me, I rolled my eyes still, even though my heart is beating loudly at my chest, 

"Yes, well, I think we've established that. Tell me something I don't know." I challenged.

The corner of her lovely lips twitched upward before her intense gazed locked on my lips. Halos maputulan ako ng hininga nang ilapit niya ang mga labi akin, "It's that, you're annoying yet I don't know if I want to smack you in the head or have my way with you."

My lips parted in shock.

"W-what?" I squeaked. "Hoy, satan, bata pa ako! Iiyak ako, sige." Banta ko.

She chuckled then played with my necktie. Hala, ang husky? "Why do you call me that? I like that you called me by my full name earlier, brings back memories." She whispered on my ear seductively.

Yes, lord, luluhod po.

Ipiniling ko ang aking ulo, "shut up nga, Yoo." Itinulak ko ito at inayos ang sarili ko. Nararamdaman kong pulang-pula ang mukha ko ngayon, hanggang leeg. Ano ba.

"Are we done here?" I avoided her gaze and looked at the windo
