The story is set during the Joseon Dynasty, at a time when twins were considered as an ominous sign. Therefore when the Crown Princess Consort felt two lives growing inside of her she made sure to deliver her children in a safe place and saves her daughter's life.

After the little prince got killed by illness, Jisoo was trained to take his place instead, finding her way back into the palace.

But a king need a queen to reign.

How will she hide her secret from her wife? Will she be able to stop herself from falling in love? Or will the rumors jeopardize her ascension to the throne?

I was inspired for the overall idea of the twin heirs by the drama "the king's affection" but that's just it. it isn't a story on that since I didn't watch the drama except from the few videos on YouTube about the "prince" and her wife.
